Thanks! I am your height and one year younger. That means a 4” belt for me. I did the same research for my conceal carry gun belt and the quality and thickness is top notch. Now I will get a lifting belt in the right height and it will be a Pioneer top notch belt.
I have a nasty hernia from a failed operation. Wish I could get this here in Sweden. I do have a leaver belt but this PAL is king. Don't even have to try it. Logic.
I was motivated by the video, and enthusiasm. I ordered an Inzer belt called PR. I ordered the Royal Blue. The ratchet design seems like it will be best! Like you say good equipment is worth the money. That was funny, that cheap floppy belt.
Hello again Marcus, another great review. I’ve had my 13mm X 4-inch Pioneer lever belt for 10 years and it’s the best belt I’ve ever had (and I’ve tried just about all of them). Matt at Pioneer is the best!
Bought the iron fitness belt when I first started lifting a good two years ago but just pulled the trigger on the stock belt with pal today. Cant wait for it now
At the time of purchase, my waist was probably at 34” and I’m pretty sure I bought a Large. I’m basically between a M & L, but there’s more flexibility in the L for me, should I want to wear it over a sweatshirt
Great content as always. When I do get around to buy a belt, it’s going to be a Pioneer belt. They fact that it’s a great belt AND you can customize it for a good price, don’t think you can beat it. As a long time snow skier. The way it works is just like on a ski boot. It’s surprising that this lever idea hasn’t been around very long (as far as I know). Another thing about ski boot buckles, you can twist them around for a micro adjustment. Not sure if that would compose the strength of the buckle though. Also, that basement gym looks great!
@@twistedbarbell3950 wondering what you weigh? I am 6’1” and weigh 260 I measure about 38/39 inches in my waist. I ordered the large. I am praying it fits perfect. I don’t think I could wait another 4-6 weeks for a different one to come.
