Here is my Pioneer SA-620 amplifier from 1980-1, When I purchased the amp, it required new filter caps, but due to the new standard pitch of the legs, the new ones would not fit so I used the stabiliser hole to mount the second leg and then ran a jump to the required point on the PCB.
This quick fix was untidy and spare of the moment so I am going back to it now to put a more permanent fix in place.
