Good you gave it much needed maintenance. However, by the looks of the torn threads, the chasers need sharpening. Also, you need to use dark thread cutting oil, the Delvac isn't cutting oil and that might give less quality threads.

Ridgid 535 won’t reverse. Any suggestions
