Guys this footage was lost for quite awhile. It’s still 82 degrees here. This was last winter. We have been working every day since Walden job. Thank you all for everything you do. Don’t forget to subscribe and let us know what else you guys want to see.
Just want to first compliment you on being a good family man, taking care of your loved ones is most important. Having all that 'footage' is a big loss, but your RU-vid family, I think, will understand, computers die, batteries go dead, etc. are a fact of life. Welding is your job; teaching and inspiring, comes in as a bonus. Knowing that when your 'welding certs' were pulled, you didn't mope around, get drunk, quit, heck no, you dug your heels in and got after it. That right there is a valuable to anyone. Take care. Be Blessed
Good to see you young guys building a nice deck.Up here in Alberta they made us stand up our 0xygen bottles.l enjoy your vids.Good luck with the line.Peace out. Reg Mair.
A light tubing and screen headache rack on the front of the flat deck would protect the back of the cab when the welding skid is of. And can mount lights.
Can you do a video on how y'all do family health insurance as contractors, insurance on your rig/equipment, and where can I get an 8" ring to make my rollout wheel?
Just wanted to say thanks, you guys inspired me to take my 1inch 7018 3g/4g structural test, and nailed it. Schofield welding is a blessing to a lot of folk out here thanks for your videos broham
Great video man been waiting to see how one of these welding beds is made and how much work actually goes into something like this soo thank u for the education very cool to see how it's all done and how it all comes together
That bed looks great!! I’m so glad you put videos up like this because I’m putting my truck together and building my own bed and these videos help me so much!! I appreciate it so much sir
Wow.. youre getting snow already! Thats crazy. Its in the 90's here in Alabama. Stay safe keep on keepin on. An please put some different music in the next bed build video please...lol.. the first song made me feel like i was at a funeral. The rest.. well.. jus get some good rock music! Stay warm n safe hope u get put on a job soon. An best to the baby and momma..
Lol!! The snow had me! The new bed looks great! And I like the two piece concept. Can't wait for the next video showing how you tied the two together. 👍👍
I'm just a home gamer welder, I just had a question, Instead of fenders why not just extend the bed to cover the tires, would that give you more room ? I think it looks awesome. Thanks my 13 year old loves these videos too. He's burning me out of rod and wire, but it's worth it.
Wait though so does moving your 5th wheel back affect suspension and stuff more then? Rather than being farther up in the bed like stock? Might sound stupid I just don’t know
the older guy in the maroon hoodie in the video looks like he might have burnt a rod or three in his life!!! and he has for sure been around the metal fab industry!!! cause hes slick;) you need to give him a BIG THANK YOU for his help & if he enjoys cold adult beverages a case of those also!!! LOL you aint bad but he is better!!!
Get you a sait or evolution blade for that metal saw trust me that diablo blade is too thick and puts alot of strain on that saw. Btw bed looks really good man. Good video 👍🏼👍🏼
Oh yeah I’ve met plenty who have their equipment on a trailer I’ve also had to use a trailer from time to time but I definitely prefer to work out a truck
@@JacobSchofield I apologize for my English, Google translator. How much does a gas cylinder weigh? How much does the whole product (body) weigh? What thickness of metal is used for the product?
@@JacobSchofield good deal thank you sir I've been been trying to find a 40" fender to clear 35s I like that rolled edge but it seems the dont exist lol
They are oxygen bottles and its perfectly fine. acytelene has to be stood up. the rack is not quite built in this video yet so the two bottles you see are oxygen. if its wrong thn 90% of rig welders are doing it wrong.
