Pipeline welding practice on 6G Pipe - 6" Steel 7018 Electrode - SMAW prepare for test 

After finish 6G coures and you explore you techniqe during your cource you need to prepare yourself for 6g test make sure after each layer of weld clean then start on your next layer , so start on root path using E6010 and we use E 7018 and ampere should be 115 Amp. start from bottom weaving layer after than middle layer and upper straight layer
