Naa unga whipping cream video paatha.. but I have some doubts like how to store the whipping cream because we use only sufficient cream and how to store the left over that is not whipped and also the whipped one... Nice explanation... How do we keep it safe from melting... In Chennai, it's hot, almost the whole year.. Even the non dairy cream melts... N what will happen if we overbeat cream...

First creamku vazhiya sollunga... Blend pannum podhu nallathan irku, after 5 mins milkshake aiduthu, apram enge flower panrathu... I am using tropolite tried with ice cubes, gelitin, cornflour etc.,
Keep the bowl and beater strings for atleast 2-3 hrs in freezer before u start icing work.Take it out the whipping cream from freezer and keep it in fridge for atleast 8 hrs. First beat at speed 1 for 2 mins then increase the speed to 2 for 1 min and gradually increase the speed and so on. U can see the soft peaks. After 4/5 mins start with high speed or speed 5 ( in my beater the last speed is 5). Now u will get the stiff peaks but don't beat more. Once u realize ur cream gets stiff peaks stop beating and turn the bowl in reverse it shouldn't fall off. This is the consistency. Hope this helps!
I forgot to mention once u finish the beating dont use it directly for icing. Keep the mixture in freezer (Cover the bowl with plastic wrap) for 20-30 mins then u can use. Ur cream won't melt.
