Anshu Yadav, who booked a flat in Piramal Vaikunth at Balkum, Thane, narrates his ongoing terrible experience with Piramal Realty, and says that the builder company refuses to be held accountable for its own written commitments. It is impossible to deal with a company that refuses to be held accountable for its written communications, he alleges.

I don't understand why are people still opting under construction property. Currently there are zero benefits in under construction since there is not much appreciation in property.

Dude , his Cluster 1 in Piramal Vaikunth which has 3 buildings in it , Piramal has already given the possession in Oct 2022. He is not telling the complete story, the story of him trying to be oversmart , to save some money because of his delayed payment .

While I used to like your work previously it seems that these days you are hell bent on publishing any story without validating while you yourself are way more aware of how the industry works . While the guy purchased the flat in 2019 / 2020 and he did not pay anything after initial down payment based on slab completion till August 2022 and then he expect no interest to be levied . How can one forget after investing 12 lacs . Even if he had no business why did not he tell them to cancel his flat previously . And I will never buy the fact that real estate companies will not provide demand letters based on slab completion . He thought he could act smart and get the interest waived just before possession but he was outsmarted by the Piramal guys . Please post stories which make sense and which people can believe not half truth as many of ur viewers believe you for the content u make . Keep the quality of ur content high and not feel like ur just posting for getting some views and being an opposition to the real estate companies

I agree to your points. I know that North Cow Belt Region of BIMARU are very big Liar, Cheaters, Fraudsters and all Unscrupulous. And being this person as Ahir, can't be trusted like their clans/tribes.

Well pointed out. While hearing the video, it felt unconvincing... On reading your comment, I can realize this guy is not speaking the whole truth. This guy tried to mislead the company, but in vain... Just like this guy has a shop, builder is also running a business and several families depend upon it. Is he really making sense? 1 year to recover from Covid? What co-morbidity he has. Then he blames builder of being westernized, just because they celebrate X'mas!!! What logic is this?

Seriously, nowadays it’s a trend that put a blame directly on builder and make a video. If you don’t pay the amount based on slab completion, how can you expect that builder won’t charge anything. You are booking flat based on price of 2019 and don’t want to pay anything till 2022 and expect no interest will be charged. Nowadays prices of real estate are increasing daily, then don’t you think it’s unfair for others who are paying all money on the due date, then how can flat price be same for you and others who paid everything on time

Flat booked in 2019. When should registration take place? Amount Forfeit is illegal, still builders threatening ? No interest shown in the agreed terms in 2022 on releasing further payment on pretext of disposing off to clearoff burden? In Dec 2022, account statement remade showing interest after receipt of agreed payment, is clear fraud. Pls contact flat buyer and take up his plea n recover his money ur way, if u feel this channel is unfair towards builders. Do post your feedback once you recover money so all others will be benefited.

U r lucky , but in most cases corruption is running behind the selling of flats in Mumbai . Middle agencies make somewhere around thirty to fifty lakhs , customers are paying without knowing it .

Ek namchin builder ne apne project ke ek tower jisme mene flat book kiya he uska CC kuchh floor ke upar ka abhi nahi aya ... Fir bhi payment ke liye hamare uoar late payment ka penalty mar raha he... To ab hame kya karna chahie sir ! Please reply 🙏

If what he says is true, Piramal has committed a crime. Politicians and the government should take note of this, or no one will purchase property in India. And the population that spends the most will leave the country.

This scans happens bcas of the hype and overrated dream life of Mumbai. The chatur politicians with builders are getting advantages by this. Every state of India is now developed and became smart by Modiji🙏 but still people migrating to Mumbai.

Even I am facing this issue with late payment interest charges with Piramal group and totally helpless...please let me know if you are able to get any solutions....all the payments were done on timely manner but after almost 5 years I have told that there was a late payment for year 2018-2020 and there is a outstanding amount of 15k. I never received any communication or reminder from Piramal group about this late payment, and only in 2023 I came to know of this penalty and I am stuck now... also cluster 2 project got delayed from 2023 to 2024 and there was no mail or communications from Piramal on this change of deliver date I am totally disappointed with Piramal Vaikunth project and seems like I am stuck with these people....

Dear apka Paisa Mila ki nahi .. kuch amount cancel nahi hoga.. don't take tension ... Ye koi bada builder nahi hai.. ye sab sale 500-800 cr ki depth mein jilta hai.. they themselves have bloody loan on their heads of 500-800 cr . .. it's not a big group.. I know it's a difficult situation for you. Keep insisting on getting a refund from this builder and spread the word all over social media s that primal builder is a scammer and do not give them any money. They will give you some money in the future if they are under Fire. What ever they give take it and run and don't look back
