One hell of a build how many hours did you put into it obviously you did the fabrication yourself I guess. Is it the old oil cooled lump or newer liquid cooled was looking for radiator mounting position couldn't spot one. I shall look forward to the shake down video then the driven in anger video cos I bet it gonna be an animal to control at full chat 😃👍👍💯
Thank for your comment it probably took a few hundred hours at a guess, check out my channel there are some gopro videos nowadays and a build sideshow. Its a 2008 so yeah its water cooled i have a honda civic radiator fitted to the rear bars .

This was it's first run but your right she was way to tight , I had to much preload which I've since corrected in fact this weekend will be the first time running it full soft. The rear has 12" of travel and the front I think was about 8 from memory
Ok, that thing looks lethal. Here in Finland in the country roads or on icy lakes that would be a fun way to pass time..🤣 It would probably take a rally driver though to push that thing to the limits..🤣

Always wanted to build a Hypersprint as a kid, plans are prob still stashed away somewhere. Wanted to use a built TLR1000. What sort of use are people achieving with their engines before seeing external signs of metal fatigue? Has anybody used an out of the ordinary engines... triple cylinder 2 stroke 750 jet ski engine, 2x1000cc heads mounted on a specially made common block, Vmax engine, etc etc?
You setting this up to race in Europe? Mexico? It should do nicely. Brakes and suspension. Body plates, windscreen, roof and sideskirts,lighting. That's what I see straight off. Nice.

you can really take advantage of a sport bike engines full potential when you stick em in a quad or somethin. and those engines can be had dirt cheap with fairly low mileage.
