+eli schwanitz At the risk of making a serious point on a Hat Films video, so are the chemicals that leech out of any plastic cooking utensils into your food as an inevitable result of being exposed to high temperature oil etc. You're actually better off with stainless steel pans and spatulas.

I completely forgot about watching it but after ten seconds it all just floods back and yet the fucking comedy is still perfect. You lads really do make some of the few videos that can consistently force me to stop drinking my tea else I choke on it. Very commendable

Swedish pancakes: 3dl flour 6dl milk (mix half with flour and add half with the eggs -> into the flour mix) 3 eggs small amount of vanilla sugar 1 tiny amount of salt melted butter also, traditional way of making them is really really thin. If anyone wanna try it out it's really easy and you can mix the values above to fit your need. Sometimes I take less milk to make it more thick etc. Super easy for a easy snack or just if you wanna eat pancake. All you need to have is milk flour and egg, really. In which case I suggest flavoring with sugar/jam/whipped cream

I have my family crepe recipe that has almost no measurements: 2 eggs, heaping tsp sugar, heaping tsp salt and then just keep adding flour, milk and mineral water slowly in iterations, their ratio should be 2/2/1. Lemon zest optional

Fun fact: pirates didn't have much, food wise, so they'd mix flour with water and wait for it to harden. It'd be so hard that they'd have to slam their hands on it to break it apart in peices small enough to gnaw on. I'm sure that's the closest thing you'll find to "pirate pancakes".
