Bro everything the Atmoplex does makes us feel sad because its better than what the devs could bring us. Its upsetting they can't work for Kingsisle and take the wheel on Pirate because they would work Atmo to death.
@@-lord1754 they should hire him though, it seems like atmo would even work on pirate101 for free just to bring back an update for all pirate101 players
It proves that Pirate101 will be shut down and all the assets will be ported to Wizard101 which will be the only KingsIsle MMO. I mean, seriously, Wizard101 is coming to Playstation! Pirate101, bupkis. Horrible as I sort of enjoy the combat in Pirate101 more. :(
I don't think people understand how EMBARRASSING this is for KI. This channel did in 6 MONTHS what they havent done in YEARS. A two hour expansion with a the comedic charm Pirate has. Good storytelling overall something I know that all of us Pirate fans want to play. This is beautiful...good enough to make a Pirate cry...😪
Update (possible spoiler): Sinbad part 3 revealed that when our parents said to "let go of El Dorado" during Kane battle, it was a lie. We have been somehow tricked. Maybe we can go to El Dorado after all. And somehow this video sort of predicted it, though presented differently.
As a pirate101 player since the birth of the game in 2011. This moved my heart seeing this. Been waiting for years to see if kingsisle would give us pirate fans some love. You've done more for us then they have in years. Thank you❤

Atmo I just started watching this but I can already tell this is incredible. It’s unbelievable that you put so much more effort into Pirate than KI does. We greatly appreciate you making this, and until Pirate gets a story update, this is canon for me. Fantastic video Atmoplex, 10/10.
This is more true to the spirit, characters, and story of Pirate101 than what Kingsisle will do. Their comment in the interview of "Don't take it too seriously" shows their viewpoint on the IP, which was really disheartening. Glad you guys took and ran with it in such a faithful way to the best of your abilities! I think my favorite part is the bit with Gracie early on and the prevalence of Marleybonian intrigue throughout. I do understand KI's perspective though, making an MMO is a long endeavor for writers, so when they leave it's hard to do a new onboarding process repeatedly, especially after about five to seven years of a gap in work and a massive layoff of the original staff. So going story light and mechanic heavy to me is an inevitability for an MMO, since at the end of the day mechanics are what make games games.
This is a fan-project yet it's the most impressive thing I've seen. The voices you can tell are a little off but they're so similar that you can just brush it off, because of how high-quality this is. I'm personally just at a loss for words at this because it's all just incredible. You're doing the lord's work, Atmo.
Increadible!!! If I were a multi millionaire I’d buy P101 off Kingsisle and Hire you to make the entire community happy creating content like this. A big Shame on KI always giving excuses while you “alone” was able to do such a spectacular job. Congratulations.
felt nostalgic for pirate101, ended up finding this. Well done! Loved that the questline felt like classic Kingsisle. Having to do a lot of legwork for a windstone, the grocery store fetch quests, accidentally attacking innocent bystanders, overthrowing local tyrants, that's basically the staple of all of Kingsisle's games lol. The boss fights looked like they had some interesting mechanics to them, the narrative felt cohesive and strong. And you managed to address what is the most glaring plot contrivance in the whole game: the Marleybonian companion Gracie joining the pirate crew that started the same war she was fighting! The whole thing just feels like an actual extension to the game, I'm really happy with this
This is incredible im only halfway through and it’s just giving me so much serotonin. The amount of work and how badly I want to see this in the game. If fans can make this, I hope to see Kingsisle make the same if not the same than even better and expand on this. Incredible work Atmo 🖤
Oh man. Captain Avery in this was oddly suspicious in this..the audacity he had to question the pirate’s parents on the crystals. Sure: he ended being right, but it felt odd that he decided to question that immediately. I have seen several headcanons of Avery being a potential antagonist. He REALLY wants El Dorado. This is such an interesting take.
That darkmoor battle theme is so nostalgic I remember when darkmoor was a lot more difficult than it is now when it first released just straight grinding it
I love the dialog. I like how it immediately addresses by biggest story problem with Val 2. Also you guys captured the feel of the characters perfectly. I feel sad because i feel like whenever we get a new world which is years off it wont be this good lol
This just popped up on my recommended out of nowhere (haven't played in YEARS), but holy crap this is so good. The fact you even got some storyline, multiple enemy battles, and even unique voice acting for FAN content. Major props!!
I lost it when there was an Avalon storm gate literally my favorite world in wiz that was cool just to see that area feels like it would have an Avalon storm gate too, this was so amazing to watch even if it’s not actually in the game this was incredible 🤩 also loved the jellyfish companion and his side quest was so cute 🥰 well done!
this was awesome, and if AI voices were a little bit better than they were now, you could probably show this to someone without telling them it's a fan project, they'd probably think it was real, keep it up
KI needs to take this script and actually make something out of it. Half the work is already done for them. This is better then anything KI has added to pirate or wiz in the last 6 years. Sad that KI got outdone by a fan project. 10/10 guys great work. Also some of the voices for the companions are better then the actual ones. One being bonnie for sure.
This is incredible. I was always a bigger fan of pirate than wizard101 and not seeing the game supported for years made me quite sad. Seeing this is really cool. This is soo close to a real pirate world and I enjoyed it a lot since darkmoor is one of my favourites in wizard101.
This is beautiful, extremely beautiful. You definitely made some of pirate players' wishes come true. I really wish ki would get back to working on this game, honestly. The dialog was super hilarious, everyone was legit roasting each other! I'd definitely consider this an amazing part of the game, and I hope you and whoever helped you out will continue to make these beautiful pirate101 concepts. 😊❤
as someone whose been playing since beta.. this shit was beautiful. tragic that this game will never get an update for many years (if, at all) so thank you Atmo for making this
ever since I played Darkmoor on Wizard101 I just loved the place and begged Ki to add a Darkmoor world to the game for years, and now I see this Beauty OMG Atmoplex I LOVE YOU BRO!!!!
it's hard to say because Mike of all the origin companions feels like he is the most connected to the pirate's mother (he literally died for her!) but I can imagine the rest of them getting special lines related to the player's origin (shipwreck, storm, etc.)
Someone needs to send this to Kings Isle, at the risk of it being copyrighted or stolen. Really show just how much of an embarrassment the whole Pirate101 matter is
That would be cool. I love darkmoor in wizard101 even if it is a huge pain most of the time. Not sure how I feel about Malistaire being absent because he’s not in the game but it’s still cool.
so glad monkey king actually got lines now lol. I remember we got him and thought he was gonna be an el-toro level companion but then he just said nothing the rest of the story
Just wanted to say first off, Amazing work, But.. Some people have been delivered a cease and desist for way less than this.. I hope they'll let this slide. I would recommend feeding voices that sound SIMILAR to some voice actors vs real ones with too little clips, for consistency. This also begs the question on what exactly kingsisle does with their time when somebody like you can make this much content on their own as a hobby project. If they were to hire actors just to feed an AI not only would it make much more sense but it'd hopefully give us more content.
Just wondering, on a scale from 1-10, how likely do you think it would be for them to deliver a cease and desist for this considering it isn’t actually released to the public at all? It’s crazy because they honestly did such an amazing job on this, those who’ve never played pirate101 a day in their life probably wouldn’t tell the difference if they played the original lol.
They should copy and paste this into the game Jesus, it's amazing for the time and how small the crew is KI should def take this and do something with it kinda surprised they haven't yet
god I remember so much about this game and this brings me unbelievable nostalgia. It's a shame kingsisle neglected this game so much, it could've been so much better than W101 ever was. I honestly just want someone to make a spiritual successor to the game if Kingsisle will literally do nothing with it (I guess The legend of pirates online and sea of thieves scratches my "fantasy pirate mmo" itch for now)

I think it's time we support a pirate game made by TheAtmoplex KI is not hiring reliable staff members that are serious about making new content... So, if Atmoplex made a pirate game better than Pirate101, i will support them. KI will do something, but i here am to back you up from pc screen. If you need signature or money rely on me, something we as a fan base cannot get from KI.
