Something’s not right. You said Manitowoc but the weather conditions and location said Port Washington. Secondly you’re telling us that water is already 55 in late March? That seems about 15 degrees warmer that I would imagine. The bouy thermometer reading’s online show 38 tops. Are you at a warm water discharge? Update: ok I went back you did say you’re at a discharge. 👍🏼
