I was 23 times in Crete. In Kotouluvari and Piskopiano once I celebrated Easter without Tourists. Crete is forever in my heart. Very good video! Greetings from Salzburg.
This is due to reopen with new staff this season. It’s now further down by Piskopiano Village hotel, only a short walk away! We will be stopping in the hotel in October so even closer for us, Happy days!
Hi Tim! Thanks so much for these videos I have been here twice the last time being 5 years ago I am very excited to be returning next June! Can’t wait to see more videos from you are you planning a trip here soon? Would love to see how it’s changed and get excited for my holiday ❤
If you were in the area for one night only, where would you go for an evening meal? Any restaurant in Stalis, hersonissos, old hersonissos, piskopiano and koutouloufari.... chose 1 and why 🤔
Thank you for making this Video, I am from Koutouloufari but I have recently moved to the UK and sometimes I just miss home, it's nice to see that some things are new from last year and that the village still has that natural beauty to it. Once again thank you so much for taking the time to show to people how nice it is to be there even for vacation.
Was there in may, Realm bar is brilliant with sound staff, had a great night in there and open probably the latest. it does get really packed and all the local come around 11 once they finish their shifts so you end up having a drink with the people the cooked your food at the restaurant you were at earlier 😂 lovely villages for all ages I’m 29 and loved it but it’s so chilled for older couples too. Will definitely be back the food was something else 🤤
looking into this place for next year and came across your video, could you tell me how far away the beach and central area is from the hotel please, and how bad the hill is
Hi Tim - we’re staying at Casa Blu in July and cannot wait. Looks such a beautiful modern hotel. I don’t think we’ll be short of food and drink choices over our stay after viewing this video 😂 You seem know the area like a local so can I ask whether the majority of restaurants/bars take card payments? We tend to take a 1/3 of our spending money in euros just to be safe, then use our card for the rest. But I read something on TripA about locals preferring cash and all ATMs include a charge. Thanks in advance!
