I just used this recipe to make these cupcakes!! This batter yielded 10 cupcakes. Turned out delicious!!! However my frosting was the easy buttercream recipe instead of this. Wish I could add a picture of my final product! Thank you!

Rashmi Vaze Thanks a lot..you can try using yougurt(1/4 cup yogurt = 1egg)/mashed banana(½ pureed Banana, abt 1/4 cup = 1 egg)/Flaxseed (1 tablespoon of flaxseed oil+ 3 tablespoons water = 1 egg)

hi Aditi saw the video awesome cake wanted to make eggless so regarding your suggestions plz tell me will adding a banana or flax seeds will it alter the basic taste of a cake. also wanted to request that if u do convert any cake recipe with eggs into an eggless one plz... do share thnkx a ton
I would not suggest using oil since recipe calls for creaming butter and sugar, on which depends the fluffiness of the cake. You can do 1/2 butter and 1/2 oil.
I tried the recipe with butter and the cake turned out really nice. I wanted to use it next time in an icecream cake, so I will try half butter and half oil. Thanks for the wonderful recipe :)
