Katherine, you can take the white chips not melted and about half of pastachio pudding and add to rice crispy treats- sooo good!!! Love this fudge idea! Thanks

Great advice for lining the dish! I always struggle with the parchment paper. As wonderful as it is, with multiple uses, it has a contrary mind of its own and tries to jump out of every pan and dish! The corner trick is an added benefit. It assures the block of fudge comes out square!

Love anything pistachio. 🥰 Made this today, in fridge now. Only thing I did differently was used half and half in place of water. Thought it would work better than water, since both butter and half and half are dairy, and would make it smoother.

Hi, I tried this one today and it came out so smooth and like fudge! Sweetness with the salty pistachios goes nicely together. The only thing I changed was I only added 1/2 cup of powder sugar. Next time I plan to omit the powder sugar altogether and see how that goes. Hopefully, it'll still set nicely.
