Just made this recipe and it was so simple and delicious. Had the perfect amount of moisture. I like my tres leches cake to not be totally soggy out of the pan but still moist!

Pistache sem sal 1/4 xícara (35 g) Acrescente uma colher de chá de açúcar junto com o Pistache sem sal. 1 colher de chá de Fermento em Pó. 4 ovos grandes em temperatura ambiente. 1/4 colher de chá de sal. 1/2 xícara (100 g) de açúcar. 1 colher de chá essência de baunilha Molho de 3 leites: Leite condensado - 1/2 xícara (120 ml) Creme de leite - 1 xícara (250 ml) Chantilly ou leite integral - 1/4 xícara (60 ml) Cobertura: Chantilly - 1 xícara Cozimento: Tamanho da forma: 7X7 POLEGADAS Tempo de cozimento: Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC por 10 minutos. Asse o bolo a 180ºC por 30 minutos.

Ahh im back..the individual that i made cake for absolutely loved it.. I think the sauce was set in by then..i too tasted a piece after and love it..good job!
7x7 inch pan is quite a small vessel (compared to the pan shown in your video which looks larger and rectangular in shape. It makes a difference when pans are of incorrect size.
How many minutes will it take while beating the egg and sugar ? Cuz I’m making the cake rn and it’s been like 4 minutes and it didn’t become like the way yours look
Looks good! Added ingredients to grocery list to try it out. Question tho... Can I just separate egg yolks and whites? Might be easier to whisk egg whites and sugar alone then fold in the beaten yolks.or would that yield a different texture altogether?
@@NaazsCookbook no I mean it’s a electric oven and it gets hot sooo fast. Last time I used the same temperature you said it over cooked and wasn’t soft... I need to lower the temp?
@@afnankhalid6787 I also use electric. If it gets hot fast, try to bake at 160C. The temperature I mentioned is a normal temperature, for most of the oven it works fine.
I use a local brand ( Eurostar) available in UAE, which I bought 9 years back when I started baking. I don't know if it is in the market now.😊. Baking pan size mentioned in the description.
