This programme is readily available in an officialy licensed DVD collection released just last year and it is "In Color"! I am a very happy owner. The episodes have been remastered and look brand-new. The only wrinkle is Sprechen Sie Deutsch?

No subtitles on this one. The previous releases of "TAMMY" and "MR. TERRIFIC" had two audio tracks with one featuring the original English. This year's full series release of "THE HIGH CHAPARRAL" is also exclusively in German. Again, the quality is fantastic. I wish that much attention was given to all DVD releases everywhere just as long as they also include the original audio track on them somewhere.

(This is what I think the sheriff should've said after the Hawks shot the bottles that he was suppose to shoot during the opening of every show.) The Sheriff: They like me. They really like me. Lucy Hawks: Do you really think so? The Sheriff: No, but I felt I had to say something to order to keep my dander down.

It's clear Sheridan is ill here. She looks a lot thinner than in earlier episodes...and a lot older than 51...
