It seems like there is always at least one squeeze in the shop.. ugh. Nothing we can't try and fix though. At least I can borrow a buddy's in the meantime!

The air cleaner on your squeeze looked clean because it actually is dirty on the inside. The dirty air gets pulled in through the center of the filter and the clean air is on the outside on that style of air cleaner.

I'd rebuild that cylinder cheap for you if I was closer lol. They are easy to reseal especially forklift cylinders. Good video.

Does it have a sleeve? Sometimes they can ware out with anything with a piston if it has a sleeve. If the sleeve is scratch/warp/or thin you can go threw pistons fast. I know 0 about your machine but I figured to give y'all a fun fact towards pistons.

I work for a big hydraulic repair shop. Buy system seals, Hercules seals or OEM only. It will make a difference. For CAT stuff we buy CAT only seals.

Hercules is fine for cat, I use them seals for the cat rental store in our town. Never had a problem.
