🔥Great review Luna, And that dolly drum add on feature not only makes it more mobile but easier to align the air flow for a better more even cook. 🔥👍🏼🍻
Great review my brother....those fajitas look pretty juicy. Oh ....and I also think depending the altitude that's how you adjust the buttom vent. Cheers 🍻
Hey Al. I actually have the same PBX cooker along with the O.G. Pit Barrel Cooker as well. I've done many cooks on both, but have yet to do a brisket on either. I would love to see how you cook a brisket on your PBX hopefully in a upcoming video so that I can learn from your techniques and experience with it. Thanks in advance. Great video as always!
I've been seeing this cooker quite a bit lately. Thinking about getting it. Not sure how much I would use it but I'd like it in my arsenal. Those fajitas are the sheet!
Silly question with the pit barrels , why do people put the the hanging bars back in all the time even when not hanging meat , just a silly question, but thought I would as someone who cooks for a living, thanks
@@Brokeazzchef That's what I wondered before owning this pit. I found out that if you are smoking meat & leave the bars out, the small holes left open on top is enough to create a stronger air draft and the pit will get too hot for smoking. I do leave them off when I'm grilling tho. It's a legit question. Thanks for stopping by! 👊
