Hi. Do you mean just to flush out the old oil? you can buy engine oil flush that you put in with new oil for an amount of time and then you just change it after about an hour i think it is
@@motorcyclefixer yea I havent really tore into it to much I think maybe the clutch isnt engaging causing it I bought it for 180$ motors free turns over has comnpression
When I kick start my engine it grinds and I need to push the kick start shaft in for it to stop grinding in neutral then when I switch gears it will come out slightly and grind again and will need to push in again for it to stop grinding shaft play is about 1/4” to maybe half inch of play
I would take it apart and look at it. It could be that the circlip has come off the kickstart allowing it to move or the idler gear is loose. Take the clutch over off and have a look
Can you help me with something please I was out riding dumped the clutch and my chain got wrapped around my sprocket my front one and has locked my bike up what do I replace
You'll need to take it apart to have a look I'd start by having a look at the stator plate and the cover to see if something is jammed against the flywheel
@@motorcyclefixer thanks mate, sorry about the questions.. just wanting to know if you have used this motor at all. I have one here that needs a rebuild and wondering if it's worth going through it. Are they any good reliability wise?
@@comicalshotz6005 they're pretty good actually as Chinese engines go. Look after it with your oil changes and it should last. Pull the clutch in when you change gear etc. Parts are reasonably cheap for it as well
