Can we just take a moment to praise those two children in Obi’s family for not overwhelming him when they first met him. They stuck out their hand, let him come to them, and treated him with so much respect until he felt comfortable to open up. Good stuff!

Those kids look like they were so gentle and patient with Obi, honestly kudos for the good parenting.

3 years ago I went to the shelter to adopt a dog . Our pitty passed away after giving us 16 great years! it was a very sad time for our family . Then I moved out with my gf bought a house and was very hesitant to get another dog . So I finally went to the shelter and seen 3 pitties that were found in the trash as puppies . They were in the shelter for 7 months & ofcourse I fell in love with all 3 with their sad little eyes . So I ended up adopting all 3 didnt want to separate the bond/love they had for each other. My gf wasn't to happy at the time but now she's loves all 3 of them . Now she my fiance, we have a beautiful baby boy , 3 beautiful pitties that keep our house full of joy . I would forever say that pitbulls are the most beautiful sweet , loving, loyal dogs.

The old Pitt just loved his new brother immediately. A good sign of a well loved dog. It is just good the parents decided to reunite the puppies. They recognized each other immediately.

It would've been nice if Luna and Obi were adopted together.

I used to have a misconception of pit bulls that many people have but after watching a lot of rescues and other videos I’ve come to see what great dogs they really are!

I known that they are both being well looked after and looked. But after what they went through, i don't think my heart would let me separate them.

Hand on heart I'm not sure if I could have split them up. I think I would have probably of taking both dogs.

They're so beautiful, I hope they have the best life ever. I rescued 2 baby sisters out of an empty parking lot, and only about 3 weeks old. Two little black pitties with white markings on their faces and feet.. they were jjst huddled together on the concrete in the middle of that empty lot, you could tell they hadn't moved since they were dumped there, probably the night before. Luckily, it was early morning when i missed my turn and used that driveway to turn around in. Thought it was a black tee shirt wadded up on the ground - but when it moved, i jumped out, and one started crying for help. They were so terrified and grateful to see me, I took them in my arms right away, and told them "you're coming with me, it's OK babies, you're saved now" I kept them both about 3 weeks, was able to keep one permanently and hated splitting them up but had to. Gave one girl, Chance, to someone close by so they can still visit. Kept the other, Mercy, and she is the love of my life, I mean she is cherished in this home and spoiled rotten :) ...thank you guys for having the hearts you do and helping the helpless, all dogs deserve a safe home, plenty to eat, a warm bed, lots of snuggles and playtime...Dogs are a gift from God to humans...

I have never bought 2 siblings together, then we bought 2 German Shepherd puppies. The bond they have is magical. I will never buy just 1.

The way the love each other I’am surprise they separated them. They are beautiful, pretty sure someone would’ve adopted them both .

I’ve done fostering and broke down every time . It’s to hard for me to let them go. So now I just volunteer at the shelter . But honestly I recommend everyone to try fostering if you have the time,space and love to give

Gotta tell you, it makes me so happy to see how ‘cool’ Pit Bulls have become again. A whole new generation has discovered them and Pit Bulls are on their way to becoming the gotta-haves. Regular family dogs, smart people who don’t freak out because of the hype. Thank you both couples who adopted their doggies, and a special thanks to the kindness of Emily, the foster Goddess.

I am a MAN & I did NOT cry watching this video. Maybe it was dust that got in my eyes that made it look like I was tearing, but I was not crying. Thank you to all the heroes that foster & to all the families that adopt.

I love that they found homes perfect for their individual personalities. Luna is more laid back and chill whereas Obi is energetic.

If you have any bully breed BLESINGS ALL AROUND YOU 🤗I had my pitbull of 15 years pass away a year ago and my heart literally just was shriveling... I even had an anxiety attack and had to go to the hospital... . Two weekends ago I went and I got a beautiful Blue, I named him SAGE 👑 I'm so thankful truly angels. No coincidence God spelled backwards is dog 🙏 My heart is beating again. I'm forever grateful for these four legged loves🐶💟

I really wish Luna had been rehomed with Obi. What a bond they had between them. Thinking of Luna all alone during the day whilst the owners are at work, compared to where Obi went 1) A home with another dog, 2) big backdoor 3) and children I wish Luna had those 3 things ❤️

They have completed 2 families. They are very special, far too precious to wander the streets alone. Their hunger and rough coats demonstrated that they had been on their own for a while.

It's almost hard to watch but they're so beautiful. I lost my little pit bull, Bella in October of 2023 so I've been on my own for a little more than six months now. When I rescued her she was nine months old and when she died we'd been together for nearly thirteen years. I have one living family member,my daughter and I live in North Carolina while she's in Sacramento, California. I'm 70 now so Bella's absence is mighty conspicuous. Now I'm not quite sure who rescued who. Luna is a dead ringer for her and behaved just like her when she was still a puppy. It's uncanny in a major way. Really. I have some health issues now and my fear was that she'd outlive me and end up in a shelter or with someone she wouldn't be happy with. I'd sometimes say a little prayer to plead her case and thankfully, tho difficult for me it worked out that she had an easy passing and died in my lap while I supported her. She'd been a happy dog and lived a good, long life so I'm very thankful. Now I'm thinking of adopting one more dog. I think I can pull it off if I take in an older dog, another pittie who's been in the shelter for a while who can't seem to get out or is on the kill list. It's a given that I do better with a dog in my life, but it's not purely a matter of self intrest. I want to liberate one more, but I'll never have another Bella. It occurs to me that they need us as much as we need them so it's sort of like a perfect partnership and what could be better? Sorry for the lengthy comment. I just felt inclined to share this all of a sudden. Thanks.

Luna really started to trust them at 3:56. Look at her paws. Her claws retracted. She relaxed more. I love pit bulls so much. I have 2 sibling pit bulls and they are just the most loving and calm dogs ever. I love them so much. They don’t look like pit bull because one of their parents are black mouth cur but it saddens me when I see pit bulls being judged because of their looks and other pit bulls actions. It’s not fair. Anyway thank you for this video it made my heart melt.

So happy they were found. Now they have a chance for a great life. I lost my pit tie Bella today. She went out to play and came in and took a nap in her favorite place. One hour later I asked her if she wanted to go outside and she did not move. She got her wings and left us. We are in shock. Only eight but she left. The best girl ever. My child and my friend. Seeing these pups so happy eases my pain. Best wishes to them. ♥️♥️

PLEASE ALL! If you have a home & a heart, a shelter dog will give you more than you can ever give them. You can tell - they are just thankful to have a home and place to fell comfortable & sleep. with out cares. It's not the dog, it's the owner - for why they are there. Please adopt!
