Hey buddy, I was out looking for Elk, Bear and other critters. Hunting season is full on right now for me, Sorry I’m late to the show. It’s 11:45 in Washington state right now, I came outside to burn one and I see you guys beat me to it!(pretty sure it’s not the same though😎)….. Hey this gives me something different to make with what I harvest this year. I’ll make some up for sure, maybe I’ll get to send the Fam some. I’d eat all of those!!! You guys take care 🎯👍✌️
😂😂 Sorry fam! We actually make tons of beef jerky but we rarely do videos on it because of the whole process. You should really make a vid of whatever critters you get and make jerky from... that would be awesome! I'd love to see your process! Also would love to see how different animal jerky would turn out. Please keep me posted J! Cheers to you🍻🍻
This is awesome and definitely makes me want to make some beef jerky to have as a snack around the house. How did you cut the London broil? Did you use a meat slicer?
Thanks Nathan! It's soooo easy and fun to do... plus you can experiment with different flavor profiles👍🏾👍🏾 We usually slice the jerky on our Beswood 10 inch Slicer but Tiff just put them in the freezer for about an hour and used a knife. Freezing it a bit keeps it more firm and makes for easier slicing😉😉 Good luck and Cheers bud🍻🍻
Great job you guys. Ms tiff hair color is tight. Have to get those marinade. Yo rich where did you get that Meyer T shirt from? Kevin & Sheila straight out of North Philly
What's up fam? Always a pleasure to see you guys. There's a link in the description to the marinades. And I'll shoot you a link for my gear. www.dc4lcustomtees.com/product/tsfmmp/
www.dc4lcustomtees.com/product/tsft/ This is the one I was wearing. It's a bit more expensive because it's a tri-blend. I make nothing off of these shirts just so you know👍🏾👍🏾
Yo Myers! Great vids! Love your style and passion! I was curious to ask if your Char Griller 980 is one of your fav smokers? If you could only have 1 smoker from your collection, what would it be? Asking as I have a pellet grill and a drum smoker. Amazing to see you sear on the Char Griller, smoke with it and everything else. I can’t do all that on mine by themselves and the Recteq doesn’t sear.
Appreciate that Strider Wolf, thank you! As far as favorite grills go... it's really really hard to decide honestly. We have 14 different grills, smokers and flattops, and trying to give them all time in the spotlight is hard. In all seriousness tho.... yes! The Gravity 980 is by far my favorite automated cooker😉😉 Thanks for the questions fam! Cheers🍻🍻
Hey Johnny! Thanks for watching. Tiff used a knife. We usually use our slicer but didn't have time to pull it out for her before work. The best way is to put the meat in the freezer for about 45 minutes to an hour and then slice it cold. It's much easier that way👍🏾👍🏾 Cheers bud🍻🍻
Thanks Jeff! Definitely was a fun vid and cook to do. The Royal Oak pellets are actually pretty good honestly! You can really get somewhat of a charcoal taste. It's subtle but it's there. If you're looking for charcoal flavor like from a kettle or something like that, this won't do it that great but, it definitely works better than I thought👍🏾Cheers Jeff🍻🍻
They were surprisingly good! A subtle charcoal taste that wasn't overwhelming but was definitely there. If asked if I would buy again, the answer is... absolutely!
I'm still around fam! Trying to get my mind right about this surgery I'll be having soon. Still grilling and stuff but not as much. I do put up stuff on Twitter and Instagram tho. Even Tiktok 😁😁
