These adaptations don't seem like they take too much work for companies to make. They must be super easy, barely an inconvenience.

Looking at Kyle doing all the characters (because I'm not sure the woman and the cameo were not him in disguise) make me think that we are glimpsing into his sleep-deprived mind. F*cking go to sleep, Kyle! Great sketch dude. Really on point.

Forgot the "For Modern Audiences"

This really hits home for the Halo tv show in particular. They had NO ONE on set who was a fan of the original, and the most experienced sci-fi person on set had a role in The Truman Show.

honestly the range of hairstyles on a few of the characters in this video is really quite impressive

I had an idea for an xcom skit: overwatch sweeping A team realizes just how overpowered overwatch really is decidedly exploit it. The commander soon discovers the terrifying truth behind xcom: they are actually just playing minesweeper with HD graphics.

There should be some kind of law against allowing people to work on derivative projects based on beloved IPs without being familiar with and respectful of the source material. I recall hearing that the writers of the Witcher show actively hated the original story. People like that _should not have that job,_ obviously. I'm not even a Witcher fan, that just seems like common sense. Also, in the Obi-Wan Kenobi show, two of the actors portraying established villains practically bragged that they had no familiarity with their previous portrayals at all, as if that was a good thing. To the surprise of nobody, those characters seem like completely different people in that show. I'm like: "The hell are you guys doing? Either demand that your actors properly research their roles of fire their asses."

On the costuming front, though, Mandalorian season 1 did ask the 501 (fan costuming group) to be extras in the finale since they already had screen -accurate costumes. Imagine if more productions did that... Anyways, amazing job again, Kyle and team!! Your videos are always so entertaining!
