"That's what's happening here, and no one is stopping it" the way writer guy says that almost shocked by that fact made me have to pause the video I was laughing so hard
What I wouldn’t give to have seen your face in the theatre watching this for the first time... I still can’t believe they made so many sequels. At least we got some great Pitch Meetings out of them. Congratulations on 4K btw!! Proud of you.
Ryan is getting even better at making use of his "let me just say what happened on screen here and let it sink in how stupid it is" voice (Decepticon testicles and robot heaven) XD
A reaction channel that i not get annoyed by and actually enjoy watching.. don't change sir.. you will be the first and only reaction channel that im going to sub..
Transformers Stereotypes: Jazz: The black Transformer....The ONLY Autobot that DIES in the first movie! Skids/Mud Flap: Might as well have been named Racial and Stereotype!
The funny thing is Michael Bay said in an interview that they tried to animate the robots using their '80's looks and it "didn't look right" and yet when my family and I watched Bumblebee we thought they looked AMAZING! Like, literally the best they've looked in live action!
I feel like pitch meetings are just getting better and better, don't know how he does it. The movie is really bad, but worst movie is fantastic beasts 2 for me
Oh wow!!! I actually liked that one. Not better than the 1st one, but I liked what they were trying to do. Didn't stick the landing, but respectable, LOL!
Worst for me right now without breaking it down has to be Artemis Fowl. Up (down?) there with Dragonball. Complete lack of trying to relate to the source material.
One of the funniest 😆 Pitch Meeting episodes ever, the part about Jetfire and teleporting to Egypt instead of flying there got me pretty good 🤣, it would've made so much more sense since Jetfire can transform into a SR-71 BLACKBIRD, the fastest aircraft ever made, wich can go 6 times faster than the speed of sound.
I've never walked out of a movie, but Revenge of the Fallen is one of three, along with BvS and Last Jedi, that I absolutely would have if there weren't other people keeping me there.
Surprisingly the Pretenders, robots transforming into humans, is actually from the G1 lineup of toys and the Japan exclusive cartoon TRANSFORMERS: SUPER-GOD MASTERFORCE.
I was hoping he'd mention something like - Writer: after sam resurrects opitmus the fallen appears and takes the matrix as optimus is struggerling to even stand up because he's so weak. Producer: so the fallen takes the opportunity to kill optimus whilst he's down? Writer: no he just looks at him then flys away. Producer: very considerate of him.
There’s has always been something that I’ve tried to figure out about this movie and it’s who the woman is on the wall poster in the dorm room when Sam is meeting the others
Mike, I keep coming back to this reaction. It’s probably in my top 5 of all reactions you did! I probably have half the views on it! Thanks so much, I am laughing so much everytime 😂😂🤪🤪
Most of this movie was crazy but the railgun is at least semi realistic, the navy is currently developing railguns. They do plan on mounting it on either destroyers or cruisers.
I totally forgot about this movie and thought Dark of the Moon was the second one. And I practically don't remember anything about Dark of the Moon except for the moon. 😂
Something about Shia LaBeouf and heaven, so why not react to Internet Historian videos about his "effort" with flag. First time I watched it was just mind blowing what people did and there is like 3-4 videos about it :D
Love the "junkyards having sex" analogy. I hate Bay's ridiculous and massive piles of little parts that he calls Transformers. Also, I can't decide if the Stereotypebots are as racist as they are stupid, or stupid as they are racist. The foundations of their character flaws are somewhat unclear.
Yeah I'm look back from the second movie when I'm was teenager back in 2009 first I'm thought it's was good but over the years you can tell the story don't make sense and I'm don't mind the first & third ones and the Bumblebee movie was good tho no cap 🐝👽🤖🤖🤖💥🎬
People always criticise the explosions in Michael Bay movies, but really they are the least offensive aspect. For one, actual effort was put into them - for the CGI ones, a team has to render numerous particle effects without making them look fake; and the real ones have pyrotechnic teams work hard to set the explosions as close as possible to stuntmen to make them appear damaging without actually hurting anyone.
Completely agree with you...This was one of the worst movies I ever watched... Remember it like it was yesterday...I was all jazzed up for the sequel even watched the premiere...and it was such a let down...Fun fact is that this was one of only two movies I watched premiere of...Second is Alexander...which was also absolutely horrible...
Jazz was my favorite character in the 80s cartoons and comics. He was actually great. They screwed his character. Plus....a Pontiac Solstice??? Ugh. And I agree. Bumblebee was so much better than any of the Bay flicks. Revenge of the Fallen was trash and yeah.... Skidz and Mudflap were below trash.
I'm a little upset we didn't get a super easy barely an inconvenience on the ending. Like oh man how's Optimus gonna beat both of these guys they're so strong how are- O.... ok he's just gonna kinda shoot the machine destroy it then bear both megatron and fallen in like 45 secs. Alrighty...
There have been transformers that can turn into humans in the past. They are called Pretenders. They are a different type of transformers that are able to do this
I don't know why people complain about Transformers Revenge of the fallen If the movie wasn't that bad. we wouldn't get a great pitch meeting and honest trailer
Man everyone talks about this movie like it was the worst but I swear it was one of my favorite movies back in the day, like, I want to watch it again cause I don't remember it being so bad
Hmmm...here's one for your consideration. I'm pretty sure the success of the Transformers movie franchise propelled the go-ahead being given to this blockbuster budget of a film that turned into a box office bomb. I'm talking about Battleship. Are you acquainted with that mess of a movie? Did a double take to learn it was directed by Peter Berg, cause it looked like a Michael Bay film to a certain extent.😆 Though I have to say it's not as annoying as The Revenge of the Fallen. It's not a good movie but it's tolerable.😁 Cheers, --Matthew
Yeah.... This one was a pretty bad movie. I agree 100%, but not the worse movie ever made (in my opinion). I think Epic Voice guy was right about the acting, as well as about Michael Bay. PM had its moments, but it seemed to me to be more subdued then usual. HT takes this one!
*This is something I don't like not only the transformers movies but with movies in general when the sequel has this weird and different name instead of just being name "(the movie name) 2" or 3, for example transformers the second isn't called transformers2 and the third one isn't called transformers3 but then they name the 4th one transformers4!?!?! At least stay consistent, also this annoys me when I'm rewatching something and I have to use Google just to find which order to watch them in*
@@babywolf4238 That movie was crazy to see as a kid. Years of seeing nobody killed (or even hurt really) in the cartoon series, then just whacking one main character after another in the movie. It may not have been the greatest movie of all time, but it was definitely much more memorable than any of the Bayformers flicks.
I would say WW84 was just as bad as this movie. In fact, I actually compared my experience watching WW84 to Revenge of the Fallen immediately after seeing it. For both, I remember the feeling of disbelief, wondering how they could be such bad movies.
Hey man, never seen this film because I've been without a home for a decade, and now thanks to you if the opportunity ever arose I would kindly decline. Real talk though, most of my greatest heroes were black: Frederick Douglas was a bad dude and I hate how people cherry pick quotes to fit their agenda, I literally payed an artist to paint me for a painting of Malcom X yet somehow the exwife got that in the divorce, let's not forget James Baldwin, I'd love for him to bounce on my rocket ship. I was watching highlights of Torri Hunter play CF for the Minnesota Twins, damn I was playing ball in Duluth at the time he was at Minnesota... I idolized that man. The point is the way people of culture have been portrayed is disgusting and Ronald Reagan was the Devil. #BLM Also, the MLB needs more blacks
Was this movie bad? Yes, unquestionably so. Though to be fair, there have been worse movies than this by far! Just off the top of my head: Dragonball Evolution, The Last Airbender, Life of Pi, and practically EVERY Christmas movie with a few exceptions (Die Hard is top of my list for BEST Christmas movie in cinematic history), and every single Resident Evil after the 2002 original, and I, for one, cannot WAIT for Ryan to get to them!
I like both of these videos, but Honest Trailers just did it a little better. Usually Pitch Meeting takes the cake because of it's simplicity and brevity, but Honest Trailers was one of the times were the fake trailer format suited the film much better. Oddly enough I was disappointed that the older epic voice guy didn't appear considering that part of me wanted to see you cringe at the sound of the old epic voice guy. Pitch Meeting summarized the film in slightly more detail, but I found both outcomes to be about the same. There also wasn't enough of "I just don't care" in this video which is surprising because I felt like that attitude would've suited the producer character better considering that I feel like Michael Bay just doesn't care and just phones in these films. But I understand why the dim witted producer might've suited the film better considering that these films are completely and utterly stupid and ridiculous.
I was a kid when i watched this movie in theatre and no joke, i fell asleep. The first one was genuinely entertaining and despite some flaws, its still a decent action movie with great effects and a simple but awesome story you can follow. Revenge of the fallen is so bad and despicable and managed to make explosions BORING
@@OnMyMindEntertainment damn right. The plot is so hard to follow, sam's mom and sam's roomate is so freaking annoying, the constant explosion all around for no reason. Somehow i fall asleep cause i was so bored and i did
@@leonkodheli3056 The Pitch Meeting for it was hilarious!!! I've never actually watched Sharknado, but it was the first Pitch Meeting I watched and reacted too and it was hilarious!!!
If they had just shuffled some stuff around and moved the production just 7 months, we could've actually gotten something good... holy shit this was trash... this was literally 20% of a movie filled in by Michael-Friggin-Bay (and a couple producers) 😑 ...sure, they would've missed THAT summer (I dunno)... anything but this 😒
