Other plays that came to mind in the 2016 Clemson game were Saleem Brightwell’s goal line int that set up James Conner’s legendary stiff arm and the 4th down stop to get the ball back and win the game. Another one is one of those crazy Pitt-Duke games where James Conner ran over the whole Duke defense to tie the game (which I think we ended up losing)

So I am thinking the James Conner play, if a loss, had to be under Chryst- Narduzzi has yet to lose to Duke. There is a play from the 2016 Duke game that was considered where James Conner motions for a Duke defender to try and tackle him (spoiler: he can't). This was ultimately not picked because the wave towards the defender isn't obvious enough. Saleem Brightwell's INT and the 4th down stop from Jeremiah Taleni were only cut because, really, you could make a playlist like this just from the Pitt Clemson game. I decided to cap it at just a couple. I actually think the Quick Lane Bowl had the most entries on the list, although nothing in the upper reaches of the video. Great comments. You might like the "13 For 9" video I did that's an oral history of my experience at that Pitt vs. Clemson game. My 2 "I don't know why I put a Ben DiNucci play in there instead" picks: the 2018 overtime Therran Coleman interception to beat Syracuse, and a 2018 flea flicker... but the list had enough trick plays.

Pitt's football teams under Pat Narduzzi haven't been the most talented at times, but one thing is for certain, they bring that smash mouth mentality and when you play them, you better buckle your chin strap. If anything Narduzzi brought one thing that Pitt football needed desperately, stability at the coaching position. If people remember, from 2010-2014 Pitt had four head coaches during that time span, (one never even coaching a game Mike Haywood).
