Learn to cook a perfect tri-trip. Often viewed as California's brisket, this cut of beef packs a lot of flavor and juiciness and is very easy to cook -- if you know how.
So this isn't a Mad Scientist BBQ video...no wonder it had such a 'pitch' tone to it featuring a P&S grill and rub as well as Grillgrates. I was confused by Jeremy's departure from his salt n pepper rub that has become my go to.
Way too overdone (seared too long??) for our liking but in any case when I sear with grill grates I turn them over and use the flat side and get a much better sear, grill marks mean nothing. I do like the pellet grill....thx.
