Just a ride from North Side in pittsburgh pa thru beechview/dormont/to brookline for a couple tacos.(the best i ever had) I thought people that use to live in pittsburgh would like to see what the old place looks like now..
The population of Pittsburgh is under 300,000. It is not a crowded place as you can tell by the traffic on the roads. There are over 2000 bridges in Allegheny County where Pittsburgh is located. It’s not a really big county, only 720 square miles.. almost 2% of the county is water because of the rivers.. an additional fact about Allegheny County/Pittsburgh, and its famous three Rivers is, there are more boats registered in Allegheny County, then in any other city in the United States that is not on the coast.. it’s nice to have a boat, but when you’re out on a large body of water, like the ocean, the water looks the same no matter where you go if you can’t see land. When you have a boat on a river, the scenery is constantly changing, and you’re not gonna be eaten by sharks or run into a jellyfish Or an alligator or a hippo in Pittsburghs rivers.. The Monongahela river is one of the few rivers in the world that flows north, the water comes up from West Virginia into Pennsylvania and ends at the point in Pittsburgh, making the very beginning of the Ohio river. The other river, the Allegheny river begins in northern Pennsylvania in Extreme western, New York and northern Pennsylvania mountains
