Under the NFL schedule system, they play each other every 3 years as they in 2011, 2014, 2017, 2020, etc. and they play each in 2015, 2016, 2019, and 2022 because they play the team that finished in the same place in their own division standings from the season prior to. For example in 2015, both the Colts and Steelers were division winners in 2014 so they played each other the following season.

Indeed. It's my main gripe with the NFL highlights. It's very nice of them to upload highlights to begin with, and with no geoblocking (being in Japan I can't watch the games on TV) but the thumbnails spoil the results.

Win or lose, you could've spent those 12 minutes watching what was a very good game nevertheless.

Decent? Actually he played well this season. Playing behind the ghost of a great offensive line. Without the best skill position player for a large part of the season and a defense which is great at forcing turnovers but is just as likely to allow 4 touch downs every game with a below average kicker. All things considered at times he held the Colts together.

Minshew Isn’t the reason the colts are winning. He’s playing average but he had a couple good games

The coaches should get a lot more credit and the players should receive a lot of credit for playing above their talent level. Is Minshew an All-Pro player. No and he never will be but he is the best quarterback on the roster this includes Richardson. I hope the Colts make the playoffs because it will be the last run for years to come.

How about the Steelers just stink. The NFL is a professional league and if a franchise is hovering around .500 this means they are missing talent and the Steelers are missing talent in almost every position on the offense especially at quarterback. Even on defense other than Watt making a couple of plays nothing worth noting other than a couple of serious career threatening plays the defense was not seen.

They have no qb . Get a qb and they will win. Simple

It's the scheme and Oline. The line will only get better too. I can't wait to see how they play with AR. Sermen and Moss are good enough to start over rb1s on other teams too. We haven't even seen Evan Hall, but he also looked really good preseason.

@@pump1768 agree. It was terrible all around QB, OLine, all of it. That 1st run by Najee hitting the hole only to be obliterated -1 yard behind the los as if he was hit by a mack truck. I knew what type of game was coming next.

Yup he has definitely shown he can be a starter somewhere not necessarily a guy who will elevate a bad offense but a guy 2ho when 6ou put some pieces around him he can do some things

They do have great skill position players, but unless they adopt a new playbook and entirely different offensive scheme, its not changing even with B+ tier quarterbacks

As a Steelers fan, I would like him to get fired so badly. He's had his fun, but he's not doing great now and he can't maintain his team at all with dumb and stupid penalties and he doesn't discipline them at all to an extent.

We do not have one of the better defenses in the league. We have great top end talent and that's it. We get turnovers, sure, but is that better than giving up passing and rushing yards consistently? I'd rather have a team ranked the best in yards allowed per game, than the worst in yards allowed per game but getting a few turnovers here and there. We're ranked like 26th in overall defense allowed and 29th in rush defense.

Colts have only let 2-3 teams score in the 2nd half of the game all season there about to break an nfl record for longest streak of takeaways per game there at 21 games I think they just need one more for the all time streak of takeaways

So what does that tell you?

Duh. The game has changed to benefit the QB. anyone can have success these days. That's why you can't compare these guys to the past greats. Different game different rules. Marino would throw 70 tds with 6000 yards in this watered down league.
