Comedian John Ratzenberger plays the Emeryville traffic cop who is hot on the trail of Lightning McQueen, ending up behind the scenes at Pixar Animation Studios. The film tells the history of the company while providing an entertaining look at how animation is created at the famed studio. Aired on ABC in 2006 in celebration of PIxar's 20th Anniversary and the promotion of 'Cars.'

I remember being 13 watching the telecast of Toy Story that night in ‘06. My family was having a party at our home. I went in to my moms bedroom to watch. Pixar is my favorite movie studio on Earth. From a retrospective, I didn’t know what layed in store when I finally saw Cars about a month after. Totally underrated movie. I haven’t seen in forever! I didn’t know it was really John playing the officer.

Fun fact the receptionist at Pixar in this special is Elissa Knight the voice of Tia in Cars who’s sister Mia is voice by Lindsey Collins the Co-Producer of the film Elissa Knight stars in alongside Lucasfilm legend Ben Burtt in my 10th favourite Pixar film Wall-E.

Since Woody and Buzz never got back into the old house of Andy before he, his sister and their mother moved out, Woody never went to Cowboy Camp with Andy due to a torn arm and he let himself and his friends begin a new life with Bonnie instead of head with Andy to college and he began a new chapter in the traveling carnival with Bo Peep, Billy, Goat and Gruff, Duke Caboom, Giggle McDimples, Ducky and Bunny rather than reapproach Bonnie, Monsters, Inc. switched from screaming to laughter, Marlin lost Coral and Nigel, Dory and Marlin never recovered Nemo from Darla and Dan Sherman when one of them threw them out, Bob was stripped of his employment at Insuricare when he broke Gilbert Huph's body and the Superhero Relocation Program shut down, Lightning McQueen watched his original pit crew members leave, Doc Hudson never raced again, Mater finally understood the difference of the world and McQueen still kept his racing energy afloat while starting his training on Cruz Ramirez, the employees of Gusteau's left on Linguini, Auto was no longer on Captain B. McCrea's side when the plant was found, Carl lost Ellie right when the travel to South America was finally planned, Merida learned a lesson after defying an age-old custom by lack of interest of marriage rediment, Mike and Sulley never attended Monsters University's Scare Program again, Sadness and Joy got along after returning to headquarters to reconcile Riley with her parents, Henry never saw Arlo's successful mark, Ernesto was never heard about again, Ian never had a dad, but he always had Barley, Joe Gardner always discovered the truth to life's important questions, even after fulfilling a club's musical performance to bring 22 to Earth, all the humans abandoned hunting sea monsters after Luca and Alberto won the triathlon, Meilin uncovered her mother's inner child after seeing 4Town, Buzz Lightyear decided to enjoy his new home on the barren planet after the fuel was gone since Alisha never saw how successful he was with it and Ember and Wade finally touched each other safely which led to a dance and the father of Ember's father refused to bow back way before.

I will add some of the Pixar films' music to Time Shift along with the Pizza Planet Delivery Truck and a lot of the Pixar worlds. The Quarrel Carol will have four of those films' quarrels along with the one from Dumbo, the one from Tom and Jerry: The Movie, the one from Ice Age: Continental Drift, the one from Lucario and the Mystery of Mew and the one from Robots.

I wish for Brave, A Bug's Life and WALL-E to have a sequel and for also there to be a second Monsters, Inc. prequel since there's about to be a fifth Toy Story film, a third Finding Nemo film, a third Incredibles film and a fourth Cars film.

Pixar needs an email address so all fans can come in contact with it for new movie ideas by opinion and suggestion and new character images starting with the same characters by new poses and outfits.

What if there were beach balls themed for the Luxo ball? There can even be a cherishing legacy clip of the legend of Pixar by all its characters when it's the studio's 100th birthday like it already happened for the Walt Disney Animation Studios? It can also work for Disneytoon Studios which was Pixar's sister from 1990 to 2018; an anniversary clip honoring the late Blue Sky Studios (1987-2021) already grew successful.

Also Cars is my favourite movie from Pixar and is also what got me into liking the company as well (followed by liking 2 with the spy cars), even though I mostly now like eleven of the movies which are of course cars followed by finding Nemo, Toy Story 2, ratatouille, cars 2, finding Dory, cars 3, incredibles 2, Toy Story 4, onward and Lightyear. Other Walt Disney movies (that are done by Walt Disney animation studios or Disney toon studios and also live action or playhouse Disney) that I like and are my favourites are the lion king, the lion king 1 1/2, the lion king 2 Simba’s pride, dumbo, the Aristocats, Fantasia 2000, a very merry Pooh year, Piglet’s big movie, Disney 2003 sing along songs collections of the lion king circle of life, sing a song with Pooh bear and Piglet too and brother bear on my way, Pooh’s heffalump movie, ice princess, sky high, the emperor’s new groove, Kronk’s new groove, chicken little, brother bear 2, meet the Robinsons, my friends tigger and Pooh super sleuth Christmas movie followed by six other episodes, enchanted, the princess and the frog, cars toon Mater’s tall tales shorts and a Toy Story toons short, Zootopia and Ralph breaks the internet.

If a person quits like Lightning's matching pit crew did, they can never be hired again or they are spared for a new chapter. Also if they quit, they decide never to come back, ever. Quitting is like retiring only by a lack of taking the job seriously and handling it, only to either grow tired of it or find following rules and orders disgusting.
