@@Dezron Seriously. There are phones on Amazon like ragged ones that have crazy batteries. But these are fairly unknown Chinese brands in which I would not willingly invest my money. I'm talking about Apple, Google, Samsung, Oneplus, Xiaomi, Nothing Phone, which apart from the Samsung M51 have not produced anything interesting for people who are interested in both decent performance and battery life.

its normal since the google tensor chip isnt that efficient like mediatek or other else . they need to improve it later but it takes time tho

@@ekramyt2866 Yeah, I expected it was going to for Abit. But Google is headed in the right direction in year 2 of the tensor chip. Can't wait to see where they will go from here.

I use my iPhone for filming the video so I can actually use the pixel instead of filming everything single thing on it

Also recording everything with pixel wouldn't accurately show how long the battery lasts

@@msp5138 I owned the phone for a year and traded it in. I typically start my day at 6:30am. I start my day by using a workout app or do a fibit run in the mornings. So about an hour of screen time. Then listen to podcast on my way to work. during work hours I listen to music that is downloaded on my device. Every so often I take a call, or browse social media. Usually around mid day I am flirting with around 70%. The day continues with more music, some podcasts when I am on my way home from work. Once I get home I am usually at 50% or less. Once I am home I catch up on some youtube videos, browse some more social media, and reddit. Put my child down for bed, and by the time 10-10:30 rolls around I am at 20 percent. Compared to other phones I have used (and the phone I switched to) that is horrible, and this is just normal (really light) usage in my opinion. I have owned the following devices: - Nokia Lumia 1020 - Samsung Galaxy S6 - Nexus 6P - One Plus 6 - Pixel 5 - Pixel 7 - iPhone 15 Pro (Current) Out of all these devices, the pixel 7 was the 2nd worst battery. The worst being the Galaxy S6 where I was literally chagrining multiple times a day. The pixel 5 on the contrary was a battery champion, and would last me multiple days with light usage. My iphone is usually around 35-50 (depending on usage) for me now. The Tensor chipset powered by Samsung processors are not efficient. I wont be getting another one until they switch to TSMC which is in the works. There you go, more details about my experience.

Defenitly true, but if you watch battery tests on youtube with the pixel 7 then you easily find 10 hours of screentime, equally to a samsung s22 ultra. Is it just this phone or was it just maxed out due to a camera test + music + navigation all together? and do other phones equally have the same drainage? Something to take in consideration.

This was a more extensive test, I usually get much better screen time since I don’t usually record everything
