I actually own the iPhone 15 Pro Max and even I disagree with some of its wins. The color science of the Pixel is really good. I completely disagree with the Galaxy taking 2nd place or even how many points were awarded to the iPhone when it lost in a category, but hey, it's not my channel.

Comparing my iPhone 15 Pro photos to my dad’s Pixel, we both found the colors on the iPhone to be way better in most scenarios. Could have just been our test though, all of these cameras are great in different scenarios

iPhone crushed too many shadows and Pixel more times than not looked more pleasant on the eyes to me. Weird commentary at times. Seemed forced to favor iPhone

Crushing the blacks is a stylistic choice and you shoot in RAW if you want to change that look. I love the contrast of photos so crushed shadows are not a negative for me.

The problem with Samsung is that there are a lot of settings/options that would affect the results vs Apple's "our way or the highway" approach. I know this is a "everything in default mode" test so these are results but for the love of God would it be so hard for consumers to do a little research? I think now the choice of smartphone boils down to whether you want to be spoonfed or not. Hate Samsung's processing? Swipe to the right and go to pro mode! Now the iphone's pics will look overprocessed compared to it.

Those blind tests don't mean much. Pixel phones have lost them to low end phones in the past. Also, the Pixel often gets colors wrong including skin tones.

Most people don't know what WB and color science is. They prefer flat HDR images, full of saturation and ready for media consumption. It depends on what a smartphone goes for.

The best way to do this would be to have a reference image from a professonal camera. Without that, you are going off memory of which was a better capture of the actual scene/subject and then personal preference on imagre processing.

Try go to camera asistant in samsung and set prioritizing into quality only. The photos are much sharper, less noise and more detail. It is really a big jump than defult setting camera on samsung.

I love my Pixel 8 Pro, I really do but i have to say the portrait mode is utter garbage. I took three pictures of my gf and her face was like cut in half. Half was sharp other half was blurry. she wasnt facing the camery directly so it struggled geting fore and background right. imo that should really not happen on a 1000$ flagship phone.

You just Bias, and with the Pixel, there's a way to take pictures as it does a lot of processing, something you must get used to. Those are the reasons sometimes you're not the focus because the person taking the Picture did not tap on you to put you in focus; if a person uses a pixel Phone, they know.

The s23 ultra is far superior with the s pen gestures and utilization when my fingers get tired and for photos from a distance , Samsung health , Samsung flow , Dex , Samsung Smart View, Samsung TV , wireless projection , 10 x zoom w full clarity , excellent battery , thermal management and superb performance on low battery mode , emulator gaming way beyond the iPhone 15 pro expensive gaming , superior multi tasking with exclusive edge panel up to 3 apps at a time , superior in screen fingerprint scanner etc . have the s23 ultra and it's the best phone ive ever used. Also the s23 ultra has dynamic island, and you can download anything from anywhere. My s23 ultra is the phone champion of 2023. I was playing Mario 3d world on my s23 which the 15 pro simply cannot do. ONE UI is awesome I love what pixel is offering with AI but they have bad battery and I prefer Samsung variety and versatility. The iphone 15 pro max can't even multi task and has too many limitations for me but it does have great low light video.

Look at 7:15..lens flare at the bottom of iphone and pixel....quite none on s23 ultra. It has a great lens coating compared to the other two phones. You should have considered this. All of the iphone shots have this sort of yellowish filter...

My personal opinion is that the pixel line needs to improve their selfie camera and vastly improve their portrait mode. Were 8 generations in and primary camera portrait shots are still trailing behind competition. I personally prefer Samsungs selfie camera and main camera portraits of human subjects than I do other two, but enjoy the look, feel, experience of the Pixel. Its a few tweaks away from being the gold standard in the android space.

But s23 ultra is still the best when it comes to raw photo. My iphone 15pm raw photos looks terrible. Feels like the lens has cataract 😂😂😂

The s23 only takes raw photos at 12 mp, while the iPhone 14 through 15 take at 48 mp😂😂

for me tho overall in camera its 15 pro max, s23 u followed by pixel i would argue that this year the only proper improvement of 15 series dis year is camera but samsung is still best if u know how to use it bc of so many settings u can tweak it will be better than other two but out of box iphone 15 pm better slightly compared to s23 u. but then again ig then sony xperia would be king ig

The Sony definitely has the best hardware and the most impressive tech, but with smartphone camera's being so small, the software is where it really shines which sony doesn't do well

As my opinion , I think that this comparison video doesn't feels like much better than compared to your earlier videos , because I felt like you've not given a proper and genuine result. And I felt like you're just simply degrading the photos of the Pixel and galaxy in some scenarios, eventhough they were not best, but better than the Iphone. And you gave that 3 points even the Iphone looks like yellowish in the photo. And you were like "and still is the best video performing" and 7:16 it shows a lot that this comparison was not much a genuine one

Yeah, people love to hate on iPhones or act like iPhones users are not tech savvy for some reason… I’m a computer science major and I still prefer iPhone. Not to say Apple doesn’t have its BS, but their cameras are damn nice.

One of the most biased reviewers out there. He gave the iPhone equal points when in some occasions it took the worst pics. When compared to the camera you're using to shoot the video, the pixel has the closest skin tone. The iphone gives a yellowish/orangeish hue but this is never highlighted. Also you can see that the pixel lenses are dirty/smudges, from experience the phone will struggle to focus n u get bad images.
