Thank you so much for this review! ✨ I'm pretty sad this isn't quite up to snuff yet because I love Google products but I guess I'll grab an iPad for now!
@@C.Wilson Please update me if you see the cursor/pointer. It will be very helpful to me during writing and doing presentations displayed on a projector screen. I want to use it on the OneNote app.
No it doesn't. I just gave it a try and there's no hover cursor unless you're about to write something. Once you hover over anything text related, a little icon pops up.
It's fairly good in OneNote. If you have experience 120hz with lower latency you'll notice a bit of latency when writing. Still a decent choice if your not a harsh critic.
The material and design feel very premium for the price. Especially since it is on sale for $399. Features like drawing seem to be an afterthought, but at least they are an option. This device is more focused on being a smart home hub with tablet functionality. I don't think it is intended to be heavily used undocked. It's for casual use.
@@danielosawaru9045 I agree, but I also will say I believe Google is now forced to support. Reason being is the United States Android manufacturers have dwindled. Leaving mainly Samsung. Google has to keep Android from falling.
