Eddie van Halen comes in at #7 in Rolling Stone`s top 100 guitarists??? The guy from Black Sabbath is even in there....And Pantera??And guitar player #2 from The Allman Bros (whose name eludes me).... No sign of Joey. What`s the story with this list? Could I get on it?
Everyone of my friends went to this show since we all became fans way after they initially broke up. Just had to always listen to the older kids talk about how awesome they were. Mission of Burma opened up for them and they kicked ass too.
It takes some brains to listen to this type of music, and it shows in the aficionados'comments: no spelling mistakes, no insults, no hatred. Quite uncommon on RU-vid to see people sharing their tastes and thoughts in a constructive, intelligent way.
I lived this show, thanks for posting. I always liked the evil rockabilly performance of Nimrod's Son. I always hope they'll play it that way again when I see them but they haven't yet. I'm psyched it's on video. Thanks again!

No enthusiasm from the crowd? yes they are patetic... but if you mean the band... you know nothing about Pixies... maybe you should check out some oldie videos....
