I am having a very frustrating issue - Everything is connected (wirelessly) and when I sent a job to the printer, I get the exclamation mark, the printer starts operating (with NO printing) and then an excel file pops up on my screen. Every time. I have downloaded and deleted the driver, and re-downloaded, I have restarted computer, even upgraded my OS (I'm on a Mac). This printer is brand new, just got it 2 days ago. Canon ink installed. PLEASE HELP if you can. Much appreciated.

This doesn't tell you what to do after you've done all of that. I can't find what or where you click on to print!!!!!!! I'm really getting pissed. Can anyone help me?
Hi, Linda! Once you've got your paper loaded, you should be able to print from whichever application you're using on your computer. In many applications, you can print by pressing CTRL-P on a PC or Command-P on a Mac. When you do that, a window should appear asking you to confirm certain settings including your paper size. Make sure that size matches what you've got loaded in your printer. We hope this helps!
