- 3 and 3/4 cups (450 grams) of bread flour
- 2 teaspoons (10 grams) of sugar
- 1 teaspoon (5 grams) of salt
- 1 and 1/2 teaspoons (7.5 grams) of yeast

INSTRUCTIONS for BREAD MACHINE PIZZA DOUGH:
- In your bread maker, add the water and extra virgin olive oil.
- Combine the bread flour, sugar, salt, and yeast directly into the bread maker.
- Set your bread machine to the dough setting for 69 minutes.
- Once the dough is ready, shape it according to your pizza preferences.

The salt kills the yeast, you literally poured the yeast right on top of it.
