Step 1- Unthaw a 4 quart bag of frozen tomatoes in the oven or on the counter. Dump out any excess water and Slip off the skins.
Step 2- Add in 2 garlic bulbs and drizzle with your choice of oil. Roast uncovered in the oven at 350F for 1 hour, or until reduced.
Step 3- Add in salt, pepper and italian seasoning to taste.
Use on your pizza with homemade mozzarella!
