Thor Lebowski sure, but if you remove uncle Ben from Spider-Man’s story and don’t even mention him, you rob Spider-Man of his purpose and what he stands for. He’s an essential Spider-Man character. His entire life is centered around uncle Ben. If anything, just make brief flashbacks to uncle Ben’s death by making them one scene or it could be the intro of the movie. Spider-Man should not be treated like a kid in the MCU, his entire story is about learning and becoming a man
