Commack's old chuck e cheese location converted into a Nathan's and then a sushi restaurant. Idk when it reopened as a Nathan's but I guarantee you it opened when the new relocated chuck e cheese farther down opened in the late 90s Btw I went to where the PTT used to be when it got converted to Nathan's when I celebrated a friend's birthday party as a kid. Good times... they also had different animatronics unlike the ones at chuck e cheese. I wonder what that place is now

Okay now I’m SUPER confused. This commercial is from 1984, when Chuck e was still a rat. Not until 1993 was he overhauled into he a mouse, but he refers to himself as one here! (0:15)

Way before the theater there was a giant animatronic Elvis Presley Lion that sang and performed. It was scary and many kids were traumatized by it that it was removed in place of the theater.
