yeah when i saw that thay were makeing us fight all the bosses again i was like "oh god not another boss rush" but then when i saw peppino loseing his shit and blasting to pepperman i was like "BRING IT ON BITCH"
Seeing Peppino reach the absolute peak of anger after all the nonsense he had to go through to save his business and then wail on Pizzahead was wonderfully cathartic.
Frieza: PEPPINO SAN....YOU GOT TO SEE THIS....PEPPINO-SAN....Pizza face has brought your enemies back.... PEPPINO: No...NO......NOOOOOAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH.... Frieza: excellent...this is the reaction i was looked for.
Peppino's RAGE is so fucking cathartic to see, he's been scared the entire game, and as soon as the third phase kicks in and he realizes he has to fight everyone all over again, HE FUCKING LOSES IT!!! He dives at the first thing he can pummel and BEATS THE ABSOLUTE SHIT out of Pepperman, only to do the exact same thing to the rest of the ones that stand in his way. He's so pissed that his movements become abnormal, even when standing still, like he really wants to hit something. All he wants to do is fucking DESTROY anything that stands in his way. AND THEN THE PILEDRIVER AT THE END, LIKE HOLY SHIT I LOVE THIS GAME
This ending is so perfect, it's everything I want out of a game. A tense final fight in which you feel the intensity of the situation, your character going absolutely bonkers, getting his powers supercharged and _obliterating_ what's in his path, including everything has given him trouble earlier in the game, before blasting back through the entire game, revisiting all the places you've been, all the memories you made (even if you rush through them), rescuing all your friends (and "friends" but you secretly love these idiots as well) and just pushing the game mechanics to the absolute limit as you struggle to the finish line. And everything feels natural and how it's "supposed to be." Like you're an actor in a theatrical piece and you're doing everything just right to get that perfect scenario playing out. Pizza Tower is probably going down as one of my most favorite games ever. I'm not even a big Wario fan, and PT still blows my mind.
And it is so badass cuz gustavo knows how irritated and mad peppino is, and gustavo is a Chad guy cuz he offers himself as a throwable thingy to make the bosses able to be hit, simply the best game
I find it absolutely hilarious that Peppino has to do a little jig during the boss rush to keep himself...I wouldn't say calm, I'd say more, at 'manageable levels of pissed off'
The moment I saw the bosses coming up and him losing his sanity, I swear I could hear him say "Okay.... you know what? F*** this tower... F*** the bulls*** you put me through... F*** YOUR MINIONS... F*** YOU ALL!!!" And thus Peppino laid the biggest smackdown I've ever seen in a game like this on each of the bosses, eradicating them. Props to Gustavo for being a real bro in this fight! I honestly wonder if any other game has done anything like this.
Fun fact: the boss have four different songs, the one you listen on pizza face, when you fight pizza head, the boss rush and last boss on the boss rush
Plus i think each boss in the boss rush apart from pepperman gets a different leitmotif, with vigilante getting lap 2's, noise getting pizzascape's, fake peppino i forgot, and pizza face getting i think oregano deserts, with the final combo getting the refrigerator level's (i forgot the name of the level)
Your gameplay was really entertaining and super well done. I never actually thought I'd get hooked on Pizza Tower yet here I am, cheering on a stressed, overworked, fat Italian scaling a misleading advertisement (that tower is NOT made of pizza) I wonder if you'll beat this again as the NOISE? The dev is currently working on it, seriously I'm really pleased with how this game turned out
@@utahspredator5205 imagine in the coop. The noise just goes offscreen and appears with the same cannon that the eggplant guy has. Throwing shit at peppino. While at his boss fight and the final boss fight you can just fight your own friend to see who wins.
3:30 i love how this part of the figth because is not hard at all but its satisfiying because **YOU ARE THE BOSS** the game lets you smack down every boss with like.... Infinte power, peppino is op
imagine just being on the ground outside of Peppino’s Pizza looking at the tower and just seeing peppino beat up a floating pizza, a guy with a pizza for a head, a pepper, a cheese cowboy, a taller peppino and then beating up the guy with the pizza head again, who then gets driven INTO the tower and THEN seeing peppino exit the bottom in like 10 minutes.
Honestly, if this game didn’t take place in the middle of nowhere, Peppino would probably be labeled for……. Well it starts with Terror and I will just leave it there because RU-vid will probably delete my comment otherwise
I like how in the end, most of the bosses that Peppino beat up escape out of the tower with him when it’s crumbling. But now, Pepperman, Vigilante, The Noise, and Fake Pepino are homeless.
This final battle is simply epic, especially when the bosses arrive and Peppino lashes out with power and skill, mowing down every boss that comes his way. And the background soundtrack made it even more epic.
I love how all the bosses have different expressions pepperman is just shocked vigilante is just mildly infuriated noise is just him and the fake pepino is just like what just happened
In unexpectancy part 3, I can see that peppino is tired after two fights, but it looks like he fucks up and even yells in rage as if he's saying, "I won't fight all the villains again!" That's what I call a final battle.
I love the music in this game. Not only does it just sound good but some parts repeat over and over again until you do something (for example pick up the gun) and then the song continues
Phase 1’s theme sounds like a aot theme whenever Eren turns into a titan Phase 2 is perfection Phase 3 is whenever I try to kill people 10x my lvl and wins lol
They gotta add Peppino to Smash Bros fr... creative fight style, taunts, cool cartoony character, and they could definitely make a stage off this game, AND get the soundtracks as well.
3:19 the way this cutscene is done is a chefs kiss. Peppino having flashbacks of everything they have done to him out of pure rage screams all of them but peperman and dashes to then thrn black out for a sec and then peppino then proceeds to get rid of half of there hp is so epic. The fight is really cool a boss rush of all of the previous bosses but you are now OP is amazing. 6:53 this part is also good , peppino non stop hitting him all the way to the sky and then dropping pizza face face first straight into the ground while this intense gatar riuf in the background is Epic. In conclusion pizza tower is a great game.
I want to assume that by the boss rush peppino has just achieved a screaming rage on par with Tyler1 which is why he now has the strength of God to beat every boss to an unidentifiable paste
