I commented on a few other uploads of this, figure I'll mention it here: I emailed Mr. Sauceman directly to verify if this is real, this was his response: "Yes, this is an unfinished test track I made that didn't make the cut because it didn't fit with the direction we had for the final boss. It was too fast-paced for phase 2."
@@spunkyKong.goodnight it wouldn't make sense for pizzahead to snap because of somebody like peppino but the noise is so damn annoying that he can cause even the most jovial of people to snap, and pizzahead is not an exception
@@fransonic2006 That's actually being developed! Apparently Boss 3 would be replaced by a blue recolor known as "The Doise". Though this probably won't happen, it would be interesting if FP is replaced by the real Peppino.
im now imagining that pizzahead throws you out and you have a whole sequence where you go up the levels of the towers, so instead of pizzahead grabbing the bosses phase 3 happens on their respective floors with phase 3.5 or 4 (pizzahead re-fight) happening on the top again with this playing
@@callmeninaiced I know the original plan, before the boss rush was a thing, was to have Peppino and Pizzahead get extremely pissed at each other and beat the crap out of each other. I feel like this song would be pretty fitting for that
the mad pizzahead phase i guess, when the bosses had healthbars instead of icons that represent their health and you had to spam the grab button to kill them (the bosses ai was pure dogshit back then)
the Phase 2 theme we actually got for that boss fight is so much better than this, but this would make a good song to get reworked into an original leitmotif for Pizzahead in some future game or update.
Y'know, this theme would fit perfectly if there was a proper Phase 4 to the fight, which utilized the old idea of Pizzahead just _entirely_ being done with Peppino's crap and going nuts.
This song honestly feels like there actually DID end up to be a Lazer cannon in the tower, as seen in the intro, so now you have a time limit to defeat pizzaface. Would feel like a good idea if THAT was the way the scrapped phase 3 happened.
Imagine a fake-out or pizzahead actually controlling the lazer. I like the fake-out idea, I guess the fake-out idea would be like, Pizzahead "dies" and then the lazer just kinda fucks around

I like to think that both peppino and pizzahead are two very anxious characters. With both thinking the other is the bad guy. Peppino thinks pizzaheads bad because he wants to kill him and pizza head thinks peppino will eat him so he has to kill him first. And this theme could play when the both snap from years of fear and despair.

But pretty much what I mean is that he was still goofy, but to a much lesser extreme (he didn't push his luck continuously taunting Peppino like he does in the final game) and had more seriousness to him. (If the phase 3 concept and Sep 2021 build was anything to go by)
I think that this version would be a Alt version of the phase 3 where peppino skip's the boss rush and goes directly to pizzahead. If it would be like this, in the cutscene it would start like this 0:19
this shouldve been used when fighting pizzahead phase 3 (i swear to god if someone replys with "BUT PHASE 3 IS BOSS RUSH" NO IT ISNT, BOSS RUSH IS DIFFERENT FROM A PHASE)
I think this song should be called "Rushing the clown" Cause peppino would skip the boss rush and go directly onto pizzahead, and for clown i think we don't have to explain right? 😉
The later parts aren't quite as interesting as the final one. But that main slow riff is NICE. I like it sounds kinda tired like Peppino is just absolutely done with this shit.
