In death mode, you don't actually need to keep your combo for a P Rank. The requirements for a death mode P-Rank are: -Get all toppins. -Get S-Rank score. -Don't let the timer reach 0. Not the same as a normal P-Rank which is: -Get all secrets. -Get the secret treasure. -Get S-Rank score. -Do Lap 2. -Keep a combo from the first room.
