I absolutely watched the original longdr video you posted. Which involved searching and finding the actual restaurant, along with the interview. Which I thoroughly enjoyed, and commented on. And now this extra portion, whilst all in Italiano, was most enjoyable to hear and watch, how the Pizza Master manipulates the pie while it's cooking (in & out of the oven). Nice little 'short' 🍽
