PizzaRo-12 is a portable wood fired pizza oven. Automatic turning stone at speed of 3 rpm. A burner is placed under the stone. Natural draft is strong. Combution is complete and clean. With help of a small blower, result is even better.
@@王朝晖 I'm assuming you are replicating the Neapolitan style pizza, which the cooking time is only of 60 seconds to 90 seconds, and I have seen that inside the oven they only turn the pizza once. Therefore my calculation is of 0.66 rpm.
