Such an underrated track - it’s the one track I constantly go back with so many memories attached.Simplicity this beautiful is so hard to achieve and that final hand muted part into the riff is still goose bump inducing after all these years

Inspired by Sonic Youth, Placebo were a beautifully dark piece of perfection. I saw them live in Singapore in 1999. What a show, just before music died a horrible death.

I think that's good actually, as good as they can be, if they keep on the same style over and over becomes repetitive and boring, eventually they'd suck. And i tell you this as i dont like the 2 records after meds, the new album i loved it. Bands tend to envolve as they get older. also their feelings of teenage anger and stuff dissapears
