A Northern California restaurant will soon get national exposure for its barbecue fare and friendly atmosphere. Celebrity chef Guy Fieri’s new Food Network show “Best Bite in Town” is set to feature Hog Wild BBQ and five other Placerville restaurants during an upcoming episode. Just down historic Main Street and part of the heart of Placerville, the bustling barbecue joint is known and loved among the locals for its smoked specialties.
