250 gr carne de vita tocata
300 gr ceapa taiata marunt
1 lingurita sare
1 lingurita piper
1 1/2 lingurita cimbru
1 ceasca iaurt gras
Aluatul:
150 ml apa
1/2 lingurita sare
250 gr faina alba
Dobrogean pie, meat with sage
Filling:
1 bunch of green sage
250 gr of minced beef
300 g finely chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 teaspoon thyme
1 cup fat yogurt
The dough:
150 ml water
1/2 teaspoon of salt
250 gr white flour
