Plague (Full Movie) post-apocalyptic Zombie Horror 

Outside the box zombie scenario. Enjoyed this movie although parts angered me but in a good way. Regardless... it's one of those. You're girlfriend might like you a bit more after watching this. Lol

Whether intentional or not, this story could fit with many stories of human nature, not just zombie films. John, a mild mannered university professor, had to be brought to the lowest place a man can get to become what Evie needed him to be. But he couldn't keep it. He was weak. Charlie was a man. Not a good man of course. Not what Evie needed or wanted. For the entirety of humanity, this story has played out more times than you might imagine. Lust. A human emotion that has been the destroyer of kings. Deceit. False witness. Covetousness. Dishonorable intentions. This film, Plague, has all the elements of good and evil human nature. There's room for pity and admiration for the characters. Well written and acted.

Note To anyone watching these movies: if I'm ever trapped in a barn surrounded by zombies and somebody starts screaming I'm knocking them in the head until the screaming stops. Be forewarned.

Just me or did you all get pissed every time those idiots screamed because they were hearing infected? I'm surprised my eyeballs haven't rolled to the back of my skull and I'm only 30 mins in. Besides that, so far good movie! After watching the whole thing. Man the last bit makes me angry. Can't say I'm upset with how it all turned out in the end though.

That ending was priceless . She shot him in the leg , and left him for food 😮 I liked it I would give it a solid score of 7+

It is always wise to scream as loud as you can when someone is trying to get in and doesn't know if any one is inside.

Just the fact that everyone has such strong emotions about these characters means that it was a well done movie. Good Job

Got to love people in zombie world where there's got to be millions of solid vehicles abandoned everywhere driving around in a crap car with a cracked radiator.

These people are what you get when the group is not properly vetted and trained prior to an actual emergency. Not suprised they turned on each other. There will always be one in the group that is concerned only with self-preservation and will kill or sacrifice others for personal gain.

I know I'm in the minority here but I actually like that fact that it's a zombie movie about people and few zombies. That's actually a nice twist...

Watching in 2022- this is an excellent movie! I can't understand all the negative comments. THIS is the true horror of the zombie apocalypse- the breakdown of society and the reality we are left with.

A small group of survivors in post-apocalyptic Australia seek shelter from an infection that has spread like a plague among the human populace. Evie (Tegan Crowley) and her fellow survivors become separated from her husband John (Scott Marcus). Evie refuses to leave John behind against the wishes of the group. The survivors revolt and abandon Evie to an uncertain fate. With the unexpected arrival of Charlie (Steven Kennedy) what appears to be an opportunity at a new beginning quickly turns to horror as menacing as the infected that pursue them.

Another great quality video! It's nice to watch such clear videos and with opening and closing credits. The movie, a 3.5. Thanks Popcorn.

These movie made me realize not to trust anyone even if he's your husband. In this kind of situation, betrayal is for the win

Zombie time😃😃👏👏 Evie is getting on my nerves already 😳 Charlie is scarier than the zombies 😨

+1 for its unconventional plot and solid acting, -1,000 for its near total lack of zombies, insufferable characters and "missing" fx shots. Overall 5/10.

I can never figure out why cars are always in short supply and breaking down in a zombie apocalypse. If you didn't own one to begin with Go to a car lot and take your pick.

Masterful storytelling that excavates some of the chief attributes of the human condition: the interplay of love and loyalty with need for safety and protection, the natural balance of male/female roles that result, fear vs. cowardice, self-preservation and self-sacrifice. I loved the pivotal moment when Evie and John are leaning against the barn, and he says something that makes her realize that there is no hope of protection in him, and she symbolically un-entwines her arm from his. And then her final act which summarizes the conflict: his proper role is to protect her, even if he is forced to do so against his will. Just really well told.

Even now, I prepare for a SHTF scenario with an escape plan, supplies, weaponry/ammo, radios, first aid kittery, cooking tools/food, ways to make fire, rope, shovel, general tools, tenting. When SHTF hits, all you'll have is what you've put aside.

all i learned watching this movie is that you should protect yourself alone

Oh man that's why I'm glad I'm with a man who loves me and would do anything to keep me safe. Even the thought of another man given me a crossed eye has him enraged.

Best thing to do is get on a boat or houseboat and go to an island, east coast or west, which of course always has less people which means less zombies. Zombies are still human; needing to feed to survive...that's why I like "28 days" they start dying out because they couldn't find humans or animals to feed on.

A lot of people don't seem to understand depth and the art of telling a story where not everything is clearly explained or going "BOOM" all the time. A lot of the actions or lackthereof of the characters puzzled me and infuriated me. That provocation means the storytellers did a good job. Evie did a lot of things wrong, but she also waited out of loyalty just to find out her husband is barely a man. When they get attacked, instead of protecting her he tries to shoot himself in the head first. Let her get dragged off and raped and instead of doing what he did too late he crawled around in the dirt and cried like a baby. Then his "redemption" is leaving her behind when the zombies are coming. Not a man at all, but a more realistic portrait of the plague of modern society where men aren't really the protective, loving men they should be, but snowflake crybabies with the women having more stones than them. This is less about zombies and more a frighteningly realistic picture of how watered down and weak the majority of people are. Have the power go out for a day. Iphones and social media turned off. People won't know what to do, how to build a fire, how to change a tire even. I've seen it myself with the threat of hurricanes where I live. People panic and turn into absolute idiots. Again, this movie seems like the intentions were less of a zombie thriller and more of a nod to social commentary. Another point to mention is true storytelling doesn't just give everything away. It leaves things to the imagination and THAT is more often better than anything they could have created to show on screen. It plays into the fear of the unknown and is something rare, but should happen more. I appreciated that aspect of the film. We didn't need to see Evie's rape to understand the emotional and physical pain, as well as the mental anguish of not even having her husband step up to save her. We didn't need to see the zombie in the back of the car. What I imagined was likely far more grotesque than what they would have shown. Overall, not a huge fan of the weak characters and outcome as I like things a bit differently, a bit more optimistic, but it was a well done storyline with the protagonists being unique and not exactly well liked.

She lost her group of friends who were fighting amongs themselves to wait for that coward. He got exactly what he deserved in the end. SMH!

Great movie PPCFX! Thank you! Why 3.4k disliked is beyond me! These are FREE movies, you might have otherwise wasted money on. PopCorn out of the kindness of their hearts LEGALLY find us movies to try out. There is no need for rudeness or thumbs downs (esp on a decent flix).. EESH! If you do not like the movie simply close the window.. rinse and repeat on every movie channel out there trying their best to bring movies IN FOCUS and legally and with enough volume to hear. Quietly walk away close the window and move on no thumbs down.. no insults. Be classy!

In any type apocalypse scenario, the biggest threat is always gonna be other human beings. If you got food, water, gears, gas, weapons, ammos all stocked up in a secret hiding place, you should not tell anyone and you should not formed a group with strangers because the more people in your group the more they drain up your supplies. Making too much noise will dawn unwanted attention.

Wasted a hour of my life I will never get back but if their is anything about this move that I learned is that humans are awful and in a zombie apocalypse travel solo and trust nobody

In the end the Woman makes John a Bait to the Zombies for her to survive, she can walk , while John is asking her to stand up she doesn't want to stand, but when she shot John on his knee and John Can't walk , and she just keeps on going on her own ways till she survives and on her way there she heard the Helicopter, maybe that;s the rescue, if only she stands up and walk with John, John might have been alive with her, I pity John . I find her act selfless in the end.

At 16:00 in I know I'd let them have the car and the gun and all the supplies and still have 1000x's better chance of survival by getting rid of the screaming lady.

It is rare for a movie ... to be so bad that you want for all its characters to simply die. Charlie was the only realist. He was strong enough to survive and that means taking what you need.

In an zombie Apocalyptic atmosphere at the beginning it's as though they had a party, and with all of those people in one space no one thought it necessary to be on watch,.... Strange!!!

John is too wimpifed to survive and deserves to lose everything by letting the one person he'd vowed to protect from the *ssholes that ALWAYS come out in a crisis situation.

Movie depicted some intense moments of drama between the living rather than the dead. If you’re into a zombie movie with zombies being annihilated this is not the movie for you, slightly drawn out but storyline that keeps you guessing.

For those saying there wouldn't be human violence during a zombie apocalypse, you'd be surprised because there's not much surplus so everyone would be fighting for the supplies & killing each other off for that as well as for shelter. Sad but true. The kinds of things would happen as well because if you have been alone for years you'd crave the affection of a partner & seek it even if it means rape. Which is horrible as well but it would happen. Nothing would really change except for the fact that there are zombies walking around eating people.

This was really great. Started off with the living-dead and ended up with the living, dead!

Love it. The actions by some of the characters was frustrating, in a good way, because I was invested in the story. Love the end. Good story, good acting, good movie.

Everybody thinks they can just turn off their conscience and just kill someone in an apocalypse this movie does a great job on exploring the emotions of fear,doubt,anger.Overall a pretty decent apocalyptic movie.

These obscure low budget zombie movies are the best. Most of the hollyweird so-called horror is unwatchable( they always have a group of late twenty year olds pretending to be teenagers acting like 5 year old children) , no where near this good. This movie reminds me of some of the excellent British horror movies of lately.

What a movie! Compelling story and characters, really good acting. Had me hooked all the way; Charlie’s character was forecasted so well, he was just too nice and I suspected him of wanting to steal Evie long before he made his move. Though I disliked her husband for his cowardice and hated Charlie, that just means their acting was great. The end was interesting, though I love happy endings I can still appreciate a good twist. Thanks so much Popcorn Flix for sharing this and I really appreciate that you gave all the movie’s info in the description. I am definitely subbing.

Man, as I look up movies to watch I've realized I've watched most that interest me. Maybe that's why, me as a heavy horror fan, haven't watched much horror over the last 3 years.
