Plan a Week of MedSchool with Me | Google Calendar + more 

So clearly this was filmed a few months ago - but it's still the way I do it! Whether you're starting a new semester or you see this video later in the year I encourage you to try this method out. It's really worked for me.

This video I filmed in October - school was getting hectic so was my schedule and I was finding Google Calendar and ToDoIst were helping but I still needed time to "brain dump" all of my tasks down so I turned back to an old bullet journalling trick I used to use - the Rolling Weekly - when I am exceptionally busy sitting down to have this brain dump helps me get all the thoughts running in my head onto paper and well I've found that it helps a lot. Combining my Rolling Weekly with Google Calendar and ToDoIst helped me survive the rest of my third year of medical school - so it must have been working! I hope it works for you too.
