I really love how whimsical and romantic your spreads turn out. It seems you go that route for the summer months. ha ha I figured out your secret 🤫 😊❤. I definitely used your July setup from last year as inspiration for mine next month.
Thank you SO much for creating all these gorgeous spreads with the products, I'm beyond grateful!! 🥹🤍 And the waterfall tab method is genius!! Glad to hear I'm not the only one cutting things off first due to all the times I've started to draw something on a wrong page, lol 🤣
I love the gentle purples in this set up - even if purple gingham does give me flashbacks to my primary school uniform 😳 The window with the text washi turned out so great!
Your July layout is absolutely gorgeous!! I love Anna’s designs and you made her stickers and and other materials just shine! I really love that you included the grid spacing for everyone so that if someone wanted to they could replicate your design. You are so thoughtful! I love you videos and this one was extra special. Thank you for such a great video!!! 💜💜💜
We are in summer in the States and I hate it. It's miserable and I cannot wait for October when it will finally start cooling off a bit. I struggle in the heat to be motivated too.
What a lovely setup! I really appreciate you putting the grid spacing for the waterfall tab sections. I love the way they look but I’ve never tried because I didn’t want to do the math.
Such a lovely theme Erin!!! ❤️🍇💜✨ Your quote is so relevant to me! I am such a perfectionist. I have to work at learning what good enough is. Then trying to practice stopping at good enough.
Absolutely love this theme. Those waterfall tabs are divine. I'm also sick - just recovering from pneumonia, and so I totally relate with just being tired and missing things. I think it's so easy to get stuck in the hustle culture of life and forget that we can't just keep running nonstop. Can you tell that before getting sick I experienced burnout? It's been tough, so I'm sending you all the healing vibes so you too can feel better, but also know so many of us are also trying to appease some societal workflow that isn't always supportive. I'm so glad you have many people in your corner ready to show you how much they care. Back to the theme - you did a fabulous job of showcasing the Paper Monogatari pack here. And I love love love the informative grid spacing guides you're adding so others can try out your layouts without having to pause and attempt to count the squares - done that a few times over the years!
I love purple! Penelope favored green this season, and there's a nice balance of green. The waterfall concept is fun. I tried it out today too! I also needed a quote for the month and loved the Steinbeck one you used. So I also used it!
I had rewatched S2 so I think a bit of Kate has crept in 🤣 I’m so glad you liked the quote - I feel like a lot of us planning-inclined folks have perfectionism tendencies 🥲
Leaving a new comment because I answered my own question by opening my eyeballs! 😅 I’ve been having a blast watching your videos. Thanks for helping me to feel more creative and capable when it comes to my planner!
Gotta say, I love the visual grid spacing guides that you’ve added to the last few videos. I love how you’ve stylised it and I love that you’ve added the grid spacing info in general 💜
I bought the Afternoon in Paris and started setting for July with it. The results is not as pretty as yours but it still pretty. Hard to miss with it. But I am taking notes since I only did the first few pages.😊
I got mine from Journalsay (online) but I just had a lil Google - it looks like you can get something similar at Spotlight! If you have any art stores near you, you might have some luck there too 💕 Eckersleys have a Sakura branded one listed on their website!
Hi Erin, its Juliet Smith from Brissy again. Ive ordered and Archer & Olive journal and am just waiting for it to arrive :). I heard in one of your videos that you did some classes at Stash World back in March. Are you planning on doing anymore. I would love to come to a class if you do. Let me know if you have anymore planned. Thanks for all your help. Juliet :)
Hi Juliet! You’re going to LOVE your A&O journal 🥰 at the moment Stash World and I don’t have any workshops lined up but I’m sure there will be more in the future! Watch this space! 🥰
@@ErinSmith thanks so much for your reply :). I will definitely come to the workshop. Can't wait for my journal to arrive.I ordered a B5, so I can experiment with making it a journal and reading log, all in one. Your videos have inspired me to do this. So thank you. I love craft, but never thought I would be into papercraft and journalling. But what you do is so gorgeous that I had to give it a go. P.S. I loved the waterfall that you did for October I think it was in the mystery journal. The latest video. That was stunning!!!!🥰🥰 I wish my journal could look like your work. Maybe one day. 🥰
Oh wow, absolutely stunning! I'm obsessed with that whole set from Paper Monogatari, I am hoping there's still some available after payday because I've already spend too much on journalling supplies this month 😂 Saying that I've actually aleady started my July set up, and I've done waterfall tabs as well, and used Ikigai Papier hydrangea stickers so a similar kind of theme!
Is it just me or everyone…You Tube is putting the suggested videos in the middle of the video instead of the end. It drives me nuts. This theme is gorgeous. I love your style.
Thanks Debra! I haven’t noticed suggested videos mid-playback but they might be testing something weird, I hope it didn’t affect your enjoyment too much 🥲
@@ErinSmith No, it didn’t affect my enjoyment of your video. It is just odd, because creators are saying here is this link at the end of the video and there is nothing there. Then You Tube throws the links in at random spots in the middle. It covers part of the content. No shade on you, though. I love your style and your voice is very relaxing. ❤
