Thank you for sharing this layout using a plain notebook. I've cycled through so many planners, but for appointments I always end up back with Google Calendar do to the ease of moving things around. I really enjoy the Hobonichi weeks layout and keep going back to that. I am in love with the plain Hobonichi notebooks for journaling and daily to-dos. I feel like I want to use a hourly, but always fall off that and just go to a simple to-do list. I have decided on my uniball jet stream, then kind of pen that Hobonichi gives when you order a Techo from their site. I also have tried so many highlighters, but have landed on the Tombow Brush pens. I like the lemon yellow color. I couldn't tell you what number it is anymore as it has worn away - that means it's getting used. 🤣
I love the Tombow dual brush pens, too! I find that they last a really long time. I am convinced that my planner journey is going to change so much over 2024. It is just how life works right? Like the layout you did today. It's very simple yet very clear and the colour scheme worked well with time blocking. I've been watching other plan with me's on RU-vid and it's fascinating seeing how many different styles there are. Some are very minimalistic, while some are so filled with stickers you can barely see the original paper. I can relate to the retail therapy. I just got my first Hobonichi this autumn and suddenly I'm needing all the things.
