Today on Planet Coaster College, I'm taking you through the smallest of building parts that I spend the most of my time on - spires and domes of all sorts, or otherwise those quirky types of roofs that you sometimes just can't get enough of.
They both use a similar trick - that is, making part of a spire or dome and copying, rotating and pasting it until it is done - but use them in two very different ways. Although I make all my square spires on a grid, I usually make domes with the 3-axis gizmo. Anyway, this video should hopefully have you creating pointy churchy cathedral towers and epic classical domes with little effort.
